In 13 minutes you are walking distance from the Kiellinie and in 5 minutes from the center of the lively Holtenauer Straße. Parking around the house is usually easy. Otherwise, there is a parking garage within walking distance on Holtenauer Straße. Bakeries, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, pharmacies, drugstores in the immediate vicinity. Kiel with spectacular view on the Baltic Sea

Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse in Holtenau. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.
