In 13 minutes you are walking distance from the Kiellinie and in 5 minutes from the center of the lively Holtenauer Straße. Parking around the house is usually easy. Otherwise, there is a parking garage within walking distance on Holtenauer Straße. Bakeries, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, pharmacies, drugstores in the immediate vicinity. Right in the middle, actually.

It is only a 10-minute walk to the water (Kiel Fjord/Kiellinie), a supermarket (Rewe) is around the corner, parking and a bus stop are right in front of the house.
