Enjoy this beautiful spacious old building apartment, It is very central, 10 minutes' walk to the water, 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful promenade Holtenauer Straße with its numerous owner-operated shops! The apartment has a terrace with sun in the afternoon, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet, a small but very nice designer kitchen! The apartment is on the mezzanine floor and therefore unfortunately has a few steps and is therefore not completely barrier-free!

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

You can reach the small, cozy basement apartment via the garage. The host family lives in the upper part of the house. The brightly decorated living room/bedroom, the fully equipped kitchen and the small terrace area make your stay perfect. Popular beaches are about 15-30 minutes away by car. A bike route is suitable for cycling and skating. There is a train stop and bus connections. Various shopping facilities are within walking distance.

Apartment, 80 square meters with terrace and garden in the countryside

The newly renovated apartment is located in a two-family house in a quiet side street and offers 80 m² of space for relaxing days. The south-facing terrace and the sunny garden belonging to the apartment invite you to have breakfast, barbecue, play and relax. A car parking lot is located on the property. If necessary, you are welcome to smoke on the covered terrace or in the garden, but it is prohibited to smoke in the apartment!

The apartment has been newly renovated and is in an attractive location. It is only a 10-minute walk to the water (Kiel Fjord/Kiellinie), a supermarket (Rewe) is around the corner, parking and a bus stop are right in front of the house. With a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon and co.)PlayStation 4, fully equipped kitchen and cozy ambiance, you are in good hands even in bad weather. A sofa bed will be delivered in the next few days.

Our stylishly renovated apartment in a great location offers many opportunities to relax. If you want to jump into the sea in the morning, a nice walk will take you to the nearby bathing area in about 10 minutes. Afterwards you can have breakfast on the large terrace, with birdsong and enjoy your coffee. In the evening we recommend the beach promenade of Heikendorf for dinner or stroll.
