Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kiel

We had a fulfilling time with our dogs in this nostalgic, super-equipped thatched cottage. Garden / property are safely fenced and the beds are also great. Despite the great facilities and the very well-preserved interior, we were a little surprised that the hygiene was not perfect. It is an old house, but you should have paid more attention to cobwebs (e.g. on the ceiling directly above the bed or in cupboards), the removal of silverfish in the bathroom (topic of moisture / ventilation) and the cleanliness of the floors. We had to wipe up something every now and then and afterwards the white kitchen roll was pretty dirty. Overall, however, this did not affect the nice stay, because otherwise hygiene & order were taken care of in places that were particularly important to us. We were very satisfied with the location, design, quality of the electronics and communication and are happy to be guests again!

A really great house, lovingly decorated and with a well-equipped kitchen. That made the stay perfect :) Great garden for sitting and playing for the kids. Everything you need to unwind!

We stayed here with our 2 small children and especially enjoyed the peace and quiet. We loved the view from the terrace and living area of the lake. The children had toys in the children's room and we had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom & co. Despite the rain, there were great excursion destinations for families nearby and it is also only a few minutes' drive to the beach. Thanks for the lovely, relaxing stay and the cozy "short-term home"!

Rarely are my expectations exceeded on AirBnB but here it is absolutely true. We spent our annual family reunion with 3 generations in Grebin and only BECAUSE of this fantastic accommodation we ignored the rain. The amenities and cleanliness are unmatched and we all had plenty of space, opportunities to relax, play and be together. The view of the horses, the visit of the hares in the meadow in front of the window and the loving design of the outdoor area did her good. Thank you 🙏

The apartment is highly recommended. Inke and her husband were super friendly and helpful. We immediately felt at home. There was nothing missing in the amenities. The breakfast eggs from the local chickens were very delicious. We will definitely be back.

The house is exactly as described. Great location on the water with private path to the Flensburg Fjord. Beautiful hiking trail in front of the front door that leads along the water. In the house are all utensils for a nice stay. We really enjoyed the long weekend!

Frauke was a perfect host. Very friendly welcome, even when there were problems with some of our group at the beginning, because of a broken bathroom window, you and your husband were immediately ready to offer solutions. The reception was very sincere, an apple was ready for each of the group. Very great was your extremely committed geological tour, which was very informative and enriching. Frauke even gave bay tips . And a day later, she showed us her private stone collection. On New Year's Eve we got Berliners and her husband wished a happy New Year. The scenery so close to the sea is great and human if he wants ,completely his peace and nature. The decor of the house is just perfect, there is nothing lacking, the kitchen is incredibly well equipped and firewood for the great huge oven in the living area in quantities. From the windows of the house, people can see the sea while drinking coffee. People can only feel comfortable with her and in the house.

We had a nice long weekend at Kirsten's. The sleeping situation was flexibly adapted to our wishes with toddler and the inclusive entrance to Filippo's adventure garden was also great. With the large amount of space, we can well imagine coming back together with another family!

The apartment fully met our expectations. The host was always easily accessible. The parking situation could be a little better.

We had a wonderful time in Anna's and Jan's beautiful apartment. Everything is tastefully decorated and the communication was always excellent and proactive (thanks again for the bread service)! The sauna is a great addition and we would definitely recommend using it. The excursion destinations in and around Schleswig are also easily accessible from here. We will be happy to come back!

We had a really great time staying at the place! Everything was super relaxed – totally quiet, but still you are on the beach or in the village in a few minutes' walk. Perfect mix. We were there with two dogs and everything was just right: The garden is completely fenced, the two could move freely, and we didn't have to worry about anything. Otherwise, the apartment was well equipped – nothing was really missing. Everything is very clean, tidy and furnished with a lot of love. Lutz was super friendly, totally uncomplicated and flexible – you just feel welcome. The bikes were a great extra, and the fact that they even thought of the spa card and a guide was really practical. In short: We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Lovers of old houses and passionate collectors spend an authentic vacation here with plenty of space or space and also many free spaces. Many personal belongings make you feel like a guest. Own mobility would be a plus because the place is very quiet. The owners are unobtrusive and yet immediately available. Everything worked out very well for us and we had a nice time. It was wonderful! Even if music was running longer in the evening, that was no problem at all. Simply beautiful. It was also asked if it was okay for us that the dogs are in the garden. You could definitely have said no.

Stefans place is great. Accommodation is very large and private and very peaceful clean and well equipped . The home has everything you need for long and short stay and it's lovely to be able to sit out in garden and relax in the evening. The property is 2 minutes drive to groceries stores and resturants and great location for anyone who does not want to be in the center of Hamburg but easy to reach in 23 minutes by car and local train and bus also available near by . Stefan is always available and very friendly and you need anything he always responds fast. I definitely recommend Stefans property and it feels like being at home away from home and really beautiful home. Thank Stefan for everything Will definitely come back again if in Hamburg.

We were expecting a spacious house in the 60s/70s style with an equally large property. All rooms and the garden are really huge, this one is also really beautiful. The house is right on the west coast clinic, walking distance to beautiful downtown. We didn't lack anything in terms of amenities. We felt like we were immersed in a strange family life and treated everything with respect.

We really enjoyed the house and surroundings. The house is wonderfully spacious and bright with a nice garden. The area is green and quiet, city and beach are also easy to reach. Absolutely recommended!

We had the most wonderful Ascension weekend at Vestergaard with Kirsten as host. It all went super easy. The cottage is very charmingly renovated and with many good rooms where you can easily sleep many. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything works properly. Vestergaard is also very conveniently located if you have a car/bicycle with you. You are located in the middle of the island, so all edges of Ærø can be reached within a short distance. Huge recommendation from here.

"It's really a castle!" was the reaction of the travel companions. And that's for sure! Beautiful location, clean, lovely sturdy beds and very spacious (bath) rooms. Plenty of room to sit, play games or get a breath of fresh air outside. The kitchen has a wide range of tableware so that not every person can use a piece. What I personally liked is that every room has the option to open one or more windows. This keeps it nice and fresh on slightly warmer days. In the villages nearby, there is a supermarket and a number of restaurants. Enough supply to pick up your stuff on the spot. Check-in can be done digitally at your own time. Wonderful.
