We will be back! We loved it! Clean, comfortable with lots of room. We loved being able to keep our boat behind the house and the trailer in the driveway. We loved walking around Keys Colony. The Cabana Club and Sparkys Restaurant were both within walking distance. The kitchen had every gadget you could imagine. The dining table was perfect for dinners and card playing. The beds were comfy. No allergies whatsoever! Thank you so much!!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Very peaceful setting and we were able to ride the bikes provided by hosts to the beach nearby. The backyard of home offered outdoor relaxation and privacy. The grill worked great too. The home was very clean and comfortable. It is decorated so cute. All kitchen utensils were provided so made cooking meals easy. We did eat out often at nearby keys and the drive was not too far from where we stayed. Lindsey was a great host. She is very responsive and friendly. She checked in to make sure our stay was going well and gave us good info for our stay. We really enjoyed staying here and if we make it back to Key Colony will plan to stay here again. I strongly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time in Marathon! Nice location right on a canal. Frank gave some really great food recommendations. Also a very short drive to fun activities. We enjoyed Crane Point Hammock and Sombrero Beach. A cozy place to slow down and enjoy life in the keys!

We didn't know anything about Key Colony so based our reservation strictly on reviews and price. Well worth every penny that was spent. What a wonderful tropical getaway! Can't wait to visit the Keys again with my 4 children and husband. If you're looking for a great place to spread out and enjoy family this should be your rental.

Exactly as you see! Cabana Beach Club was an added bonus enjoyed by all from 2 years old to 67! Luis was prompt on communication and resolving questions. Beds and pillows are very firm. Rent the golf cart get for getting around. Overall a great vacation place

The condo and the whole condo complex was beautiful. The pool was great, with an awesome view. Plenty of places to sit at the pool and in the surrounding areas. One thing to note is that the condo has no closets and no place to hang clothes. Wasn’t a huge deal for us, as we were able to put things on shelves. Frank was very responsive when we needed something. The Marathon area has plenty of things to do and it’s close enough for a day trip to Key West.

It was the perfect location that we wanted away from a high tourist area. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean and beautiful. I would stay here again! It was perfect for us exploring both the southern and northern keys and beaches since it's about middle of the 2. Loved it!

This was a repeat stay with us at Darene's place, and we will come again. Darene is great with communication and responds quickly. Her place is great! The ocean view never gets old. The beach at the condos is perfect, and the proximity to the pool is also perfect! The condo is nice and accomodating. The beds are very comfortable. We had everything that we needed during our stay, and we can't wait to return again! Thank you Darene!

We (two couples) enjoyed a great week here. Being on the canal was nice, outside sitting spots were great. The house had plenty of cooking supplies needed. Was a tad bit smaller than I expexted, but worked out just fine. Remember to bring your shampoo, body wash etc as it's not provided. Comfortable and bright, was quiet even with boats going by. Would definitely stay here again!

Danielle was a wonderful host, and her place was absolutely beautiful. Great location, and the biggest plus was that they offered convenient items on property for use at the beach, kayaking in the bay, and just clean fun while taking an easy day around the house. We had everything we needed plus more while there. I would certainly consider staying there my next trip to the keys. Marathon Key was my favorite, anyway. 10/10 recommend this property.

This was our first family trip to the Keys and this location in Marathon was ideal! The condo was welcoming, beautiful and spacious for our family of 3. The balcony was our favorite place, which overlooked the pool and the seashore. The beach was lovely for shorter walks and just "being" with the ocean. Fun seashells & hermit crabs at low tide! Lots to do in the area -- definitely hoping to return next year. Mike was fantastic host & super helpful with questions.

We just loved our stay in Key Colony. Everything about Yuni’s home was perfect. Very comfortable beds with lovely linens. The 2 bathrooms are beautiful with plenty of towels. Soft beach towels and coolers were provided which saved space in suitcases not having to pack. The private beach area has soft sand and plenty of chairs too. Yuni has a storage unit with additional chairs and beach gear that made out beach trip to Bahia Honda that much easier. The amazing coffee maker saved me hundreds on not needing to buy coffee out everyday for all of us. Morning cup of coffee in the comfortable lounge chairs and dinner on the balcony with the beautiful view is something you must experience. The location was great, close to state parks, the turtle hospital, 7 mile bridge, Amazing restaurants and grocery stores. You can not go wrong booking with Yuni and staying at Turtles Pace. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!!

The condo was really authentic, we loved the retro feel. The local community were really friendly & welcoming. Definitely the right choice for a peaceful vacation with restaurants, beaches & shops in easy reach by car.

The place was perfect. The patio views were amazing to just sit and watch the sunset. The marina across the street was very convenient to launch our boat from. Very peaceful location. Angler and ale restaurant across the street was delicious

Lynn was great! The accommodations were as described and she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were a group of 6 guys visiting the keys to fish.

Words can't really express the beauty of this rental inside and out. Fully stocked with whatever your needs are. Full sized washer and dryer were perfect. Absolutely spotless inside. Beach towels were ready to go as well. The two porches were wonderful for relaxing and taking in the breathtaking views. We saw a family of 7 manatee several days in a row. A family of parrot fish almost every day (several times a day). We saw a VERY LARGE sea turtle just hanging out in the bay. Lots of tarpon, several sharks, pinfish, yellow snapper and several conches (even one queen conch). It is worth it to snorkel feet from the porch. My daughter even caught a shark. The pier was perfect for fishing and watching all the wildlife. The landscape is beautiful. The pool is amazing (I used it almost every day for a bit and no one was down there). I cant say enough good things about this space. It's worth every single penny. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Absolutely perfect for a honeymoon getaway, quiet perfect amount of space for us, the set up was great with 2 bathrooms and a huge walkin closet, the couches were super comfy, the TV was big enough to see from across the room, we enjoyed everything about it. Got to meet some of the neighbors and they were all very welcoming and enjoyed talking to them. Scott had some great local recommendations and we enjoyed everything.

I loved the place. It had everything i needed and i enjoyed my stay. There was quiet during the night. I was able to wake up late since it had black out curtains. Staff was friendly and respectful. Lots to do in the near by areas. Sunset on a hammock was my favorite with a coconut drink i got at the nearby farmers market. The pool was excellent too and Very clean. Lots of parking. Will def. do it again! Great service and hospitality.

This was our second time at Jennifer & Kimberly’s Airbnb . It’s clean , comfortable and in a great area . Amenities as listed on site. The views to the waterfront from the raised porch a perfect nook to read in the sunshine , enjoy food and beverages . There is a pool on the grounds and if you fish a large dock where you may even see a manatee and other ocean life (we weren’t so lucky this visit) but we were told there was one with her baby. There is horse shoes by the community centre . It would be awesome if they added shuffle board since I doubt they could fit a pickleball court . The Airbnb has 3 wheeled bikes to ride around the grounds . There is the new addition of the elevator but the walk up the stairs very doable . We would rent again from Jennifer and Kimberly.

Our first time visiting the Keys and Celia’s place made it wonderful! Located in a very nice, quiet, and safe community her condo is like new and so well cared for. Perfect size for our two couples. The decor and furniture is very nice, bright and clean. Had all the amenities we needed and then some. We enjoyed the heated pool everyday and the private beach was nice for a more natural experience. The furnished patio had a great view of the pool and ocean. Celia is a wonderful host! Very helpful and a great communicator.

This has been one of our favorite places in Marathon that we have stayed at. The view from balcony was beautiful, very clean and everything you need for your stay. The pool was amazing and a walk on the dock in the evening was full of sights! Overall we loved our stay and we will be back!!!
