Vacation rentals with a patio in Key Colony Beach

We just spent 6 days at Yuni's airbnb. Our family of four(all adults) could not have been happier with the peace and quiet this place offered us. The private beach and pool had plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We loved the balcony overlooking the pool and beach. We enjoyed how close it was to Havanna Jack's for a quick bite to eat and drink. Yuni's place was exceptionally clean. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of our needs. She quickly responded to our questions and our needs. Yuni is one of the best hosts we have had throughout the years of using airbnbs. We definitely will go back!

It was the perfect location that we wanted away from a high tourist area. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean and beautiful. I would stay here again! It was perfect for us exploring both the southern and northern keys and beaches since it's about middle of the 2. Loved it!

This was a repeat stay with us at Darene's place, and we will come again. Darene is great with communication and responds quickly. Her place is great! The ocean view never gets old. The beach at the condos is perfect, and the proximity to the pool is also perfect! The condo is nice and accomodating. The beds are very comfortable. We had everything that we needed during our stay, and we can't wait to return again! Thank you Darene!

Don't underestimate the HUGE benefit of having unlimited access to the Cabana Club! This is a big perk with a private beach, pool and snacks. Really nice on days that you want to just chill with your family and relax. The house itself if amazing inside and has a great spot on the canal. Perfect if you want to rent a local boat or bring your own. The location is walkable to several parks and there are walking paths around the area. Farmers market and several restaurants are walkable. Really nice location! The process and the host were top notch. We are very picky about our rentals and we were impressed from start to finish...we will stay here again!

We (two couples) enjoyed a great week here. Being on the canal was nice, outside sitting spots were great. The house had plenty of cooking supplies needed. Was a tad bit smaller than I expexted, but worked out just fine. Remember to bring your shampoo, body wash etc as it's not provided. Comfortable and bright, was quiet even with boats going by. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a week at this place. Everything was perfect. The view was excellent and it was very quiet. The place was very clean and I was surprisingly happy with the amenities. The community pool was well kept. I will be recommending this place to family and friends.

Danielle was a wonderful host, and her place was absolutely beautiful. Great location, and the biggest plus was that they offered convenient items on property for use at the beach, kayaking in the bay, and just clean fun while taking an easy day around the house. We had everything we needed plus more while there. I would certainly consider staying there my next trip to the keys. Marathon Key was my favorite, anyway. 10/10 recommend this property.

Our stay was wonderful! Easy to find, simple check-in and check-out. The kitchen is well stocked with all the items you will need to prep and serve your meals. The views are lovely and the patio is a wonderful spot to relax. The beds are really comfortable. The property was exactly what we hoped for. We hope to visit again someday!

If I could rate this stay a 20, I would. We came across the listing last June, after wanting to try something different on our annual trip to Marathon. It looked perfect for our family. What I didn’t expect when we arrived on April 16, 2025, was to be blown away. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is STUNNING. I felt like we were walking in/staying at a brand new house as the very first guests. The colors, the furnishings, the level of coziness brought to this luxury beach house was unmatched. The towels (bath and beach) were plush and soft. Pool speakers. The bar! I mean everything. The kitchen was stocked with what you need - high end gadgets, utensils that actually work, and every pot and pan (organized). Immaculately cleaned. And then the views. Holy guacamole. My dad parked himself on the main floor deck and didn’t move for seven days. Airbnb was right- RARE FIND. Amanda - you are the hostiest host in the world. Your communication was 💯. This was the perfect house and location for a vacation in the Florida Keys. I cannot say enough great things about the fabulous house, especially the amazing outdoor space. It was set up very nicely for relaxing and entertaining outdoors. The pool was fantastic and we had manatees come up in the canal, which was amazing. Had a wonderful outdoor cooking space and lots of designated seating areas. Loved the screened in dining area up on the deck as well. This location was so close to fantastic restaurants and shopping, and I lay an hour to Key West. We rented a boat that we kept right in front of the house in the canal and could hop on it and go right out into the Gulf which was great for fishing! Everything was clean and just as described, we would definitely stay here again! ❤️ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent host and great home and location. Fishing from the dock, grill on the patio. Lovely decor throughout the property. Made for an excellent choice for my wife’s milestone birthday celebration and Ramon and Ana made that extra special with a birthday banner. Would visit again travel plans permitting

This home was everything we expected and more. Stunning location with absolute privacy. The extra long dock was amazing, the pool was fantastic, and the grounds were meticulous. It’s literally your own private resort. Roman, the host, was very quick with communication. He and his wife actually met us when we checked in to see if we had any questions and provided us with an arrival gift. If you have looked at the listing and are thinking of renting it, do it. You will not be disappointed at all. Excellent value all around.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Naomi’s place. The place was perfect for our family of 4. There was so much to do to keep our active family busy. The house was well stocked with everything you may need for meals. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We rented a boat and the dock was perfect for storing. We are looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to the keys!

Omg what can’t I say about the house. Beautiful! Very friendly neighborhood. Extremely clean and beautifully maintained. The host were available and responded so quickly. We loved it and will be back! Thank you so much for sharing paradise with us!

We had a fantastic stay at Karen's place in the Keys! It perfectly suited the needs of our family of 5- 3 cute and cozy bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, Beautiful and fully stocked kitchen, Washer/dryer to take care of beach towels and swim suits, Deck that overlooks the ocean that was perfect for morning coffee with the sunrise, and many more amenities. It was centrally located in the Keys to allow for travel from Key Largo to Key West in a little over an hour to each end. All in all, one of our favorite family spots, and we hope to one day visit again soon! Thank you so much!

Kate was SUPER responsive and available to us if we needed her. The home was beautiful and the decorating was top notch! I loved the interior of the condo and it was sparkling clean! I would definitely stay here again, or at any of her other properties.

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

We had a great stay! Exactly as pictured. Kitchen was fully stocked, lots of extra blankets, pillows, towels, & even beach towels. Great location and walkable to restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, ping pong tables, & shuffle board. Great location to travel to other keys & plenty to do on Marathon. Loved our stay!

Lynn was great! The accommodations were as described and she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were a group of 6 guys visiting the keys to fish.

The kitchen was completely stocked! Didn’t need to buy a thing- other than food! It was perfectly stocked Rooms were great! Very clean and spacious. The ocean was beautiful the docks were clean and great place to fish. The extras provided were great- the fishing poles, beach chairs, etc were a surprised bonus Would gladly stay here again

Hello. We Booked this place so I could be in the sun on a lounge chair and husband could fish. It was exactly what we wanted. We were able to hang out together and both get what we wanted. He caught fish like crazy! Place is beautiful and exactly how described. Getting an Uber/lyft was easy. Sombrero Beach was beautiful. Ana was excellent to communicate with. Condo bed was very comfy and the bedroom dark. The use of a cooler and beach chairs was appreciated. Would not hesitate to book again.

This has been one of our favorite places in Marathon that we have stayed at. The view from balcony was beautiful, very clean and everything you need for your stay. The pool was amazing and a walk on the dock in the evening was full of sights! Overall we loved our stay and we will be back!!!
