Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kawaguchi

Nous sommes touchés par l’accueil de l’hôtesse Ran.Elle est venue nous chercher à la gare Oji parce qu’il pleuvait lors de notre arrivée. L’emplacement est dans un lotissement résidentiel calme. Ran nous a accueilli comme des amis de longues dates, en nous apportant du thé, du riz, des bonbons, etc. Le jour de notre départ, Ran nous avisé que nous pouvons partir plus tard que l’heure prévue. En se renseignant sur un petit café au alentours pour du café, Ran nous a invité chez elle et elle nous a cuisiné un repas typique avec une grande variété de nourriture (poisson, toast, soupe miso, fruits, œufs, beurre de cacahuètes, beurre, légume, tomates , prune (typiquement japonais), sans oublier le café. J’ai certainement oublié certains aliments et je m’en excuse auprès de Ran. Ce n’est pas seulement l’abondance de nourriture, mais aussi l’hospitalité et l’affabilité de Ran qui nous ont profondément touché. Mille mercis encore pour l’accueil.

Wouw it couldn't be any better!! masa is such a nice guy and very welcoming! upon arriving we felt welcome, he explained everything and went his way. he had answers for every question we had and helped us to the best of his ability. upon arriving we gave him some Dutch gifts ( fridge magnet of a wooden shoe with tulips and a pack of stroopwafels) this shook him but he accepted it with a smile from ear to ear! the accommodation was clean and well taken care of, plenty of room for 2 people and really close to Ebara-machi station, which we used the most to get around. friendly people around Ota and the 7-11 around the corner is also very helpful! next time we are planning to stay longer! Domo arigato gozaimasu masa-san!

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. Le logement était très propre dans un quartier calme. La station de train Akabane est à 15 à 20 mins à pieds. Superbe maison avec tout ce qu’il faut.

집이 깨끗하고 깔끔하게 정리된 느낌이었습니다. 방도 3개라 많은 인원이 편하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 호스트도 친절하시고, 추천해주신 식당도 맛있었습니다. 감사합니다.

Es un gran lugar para ir y conocer un Tokio más tranquilo. Hay un Family Mart próximo y buenos lugares para comer o hacer compras. También los medios de transporte públicos están cerca. 🙌🙌🙌

Thank you Tomoko to let us stay at Comfort Shimo. We enjoy to stay here. Near lawson, aeon and sevel. Walk 850m to akabane station there are some interesting store. Nice food, book off, book store, don't forget to eat seasonal mister donuts. There also have Donki, gu, uniqlo, tutuanna. There is kitchen origin around 300 m From Comfort shimo or 40 meter from shimo metro exit 2. No need bring so much clothes because Tomoko provide washing machine with automatic dryer. Wash the clothes morning and evening we already have fresh clothes. So we can purchase more items at akihabara, Donki, Matsumoto.

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

Very cozy and unique space. If you’re a fan of creative architecture and don’t mind staying a little way outside the city this is a gem.

2명이서 지내는데 대만족하며 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 가스레인지,포트,전자레인지,냉장고 다 있구요 여름이라 땀에 쩔어왔는데 세탁기, 건조기가 있어 너무 좋았습니다! 에어컨도 냄새 안나고 잘 작동됐습니다! 화장실은 깨끗하고 넓직해서 좋았어요 욕실은 딱 일본식 욕실입니다! 청소가 잘 되어있어 쾌적했습니다. tv도 유튜브나 넷플 연결 가능한 거라 잘 사용하고 왔습니다👍 이층침대지만 이동식 서브 베드가 있어서 굳 2층 안 올라가고 편하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다~ 조용하지만 있을 건 다 있는 동네예요🫶 주변에 편의점 다 있고 건물 바로 앞에 슈퍼와 드럭스토어가 있어 매우 좋았습니다. 역근처에도 식당이나 다이소, 대형 마트가 있었습니다!! 우에노/닛포리가 전철로 10분 정도라 공항에서 오기 편했습니다! 시부야,신주쿠,아사쿠사는 30분~ 1시간 내/ 아키하바라,이케부쿠로,우에노는 20분 내라 다니기 너무 좋았습니다!!♥️ 다음에 또 이용할 예정입니다!!

Un alojamiento muy cómodo para lo que es Tokio . Si bien está lejos de la ciudad el tre estaba a 5 cuadras y en 30 minutos estábamos en shibusha. Muy amplio o como en las fotos y el anfitrión nos respondía inmediato. Como llegamos temprano nos dejó ingresar antes del horario del check in gracias y Me volvería a alojar con ustedes

It was a great time to stay in Nori’s place. Everything went smooth. We would love to stay again if there is any chance to be in the area. There is a smoking area at the entrance where everyone has to walk by. We thought smoking area should not be on the way to the entrance gate as we stay with little kids. Only thing we needed to be aware before staying was parking near the area is not cheap ¥3800 for 6pm-8am.

It was a relaxing and lovely stay. Thank you for all the help. You were a very good host.

交通方便，去热门打卡点都比较顺，而且民宿离地铁站很近，步行5分钟左右。自助入住，时间比较自由。房间很整洁，当天会调好水温和房间温度等我们入住。最后一天还送了小礼物，很温馨。性价比比较高～

Sho's flat is a perfectly located room in a neighbourhood which is fun to explore - tons to do, all within walking distance. The nearby temples/shrines are sublime. Take Sho's excellent food recommendations - all of which turned out to be exceptional; recommended walk to the gym/pool also great. (Within blocks, there is a restaurant-filled quarter - incredible variety.) The walks themselves are scenic, and the location convenient to virtually all of Tokyo. Sho was always kind, helpful and responsive. The room is a great place to crash...do bring earplugs, though, as you are at the mercy of the guests upstairs (who may not walk on tiptoe.) The character of the small room is that of a simple hotel - it is not very personal or apartment-like. The bathroom is comfortable, clean and functions well. Although the check-in process sounded quite elaborate, it ended up being easy. Choose this place for the location and exploring ...and for a good night's sleep, as the room is small and simple.

This was an excellent place to stay! My group of 9 felt incredibly comfortable and welcome especially with how friendly their staff was. There is WAY more space than the photos give justice! I would 100% recommend and stay here again in the future. Thank you so much for having us!

Departamento muy lindo y completo. Anfitrión muy amable, y detallista por ejemplo poner una mini bandera de nuestro país en la puerta de la habitación, fue flexible con el horario de ingreso. Excelente estadia

We had a lovely stay at Shunki’s place! Everything was clean and spacious with easy check in and out instructions. The location was convenient to the train station and we had multiple convenient stores and shops for our every day needs. We were welcomed with a box of treats when we arrived and it was super sweet! Highly recommend :)

I love this place. It’s in a quieter neighbourhood and the room is sizeable especially for the standards in Japan. Only thing is if you don’t like the noise coming from upstairs as the walls are a bit too thin, choose the top floor. But it’s only accessible by stairs. Train station is closed by, convenient.

Highly recommended to stay in this location for your trip to Japan. Located about 10 minutes from the train station. The house itself is extremely clean and has everything you need - the dryer in the bathroom was a lifesaver! There are also a lot of nearby convenience stores, drugstores, groceries, and even a Don Quijote. The area is residential so the place is intimate and quiet. Also, the hosts are extremely easy to reach out to. They are accommodating and friendly as well.
