The house is located in a quiet residential area, 13 minutes on foot from Urawa Station. It's about 7 minutes by taxi and costs $4. Urawa Station has 4 lines (JR Keihin Tohoku Line, JR Tohoku Main Line, JR Takasaki Line, JR Shonan Shinjuku Line). It is very convenient because you can directly access major spots in the city. (Ueno 21 minutes, Ikebukuro 19 minutes, Tokyo 26 minutes, Shinjuku 25 minutes, Shibuya 31 minutes) 7 minutes directly from Urawa station to Omiya station. The Shinkansen is available from Omiya Station, making it convenient for sightseeing in various parts of eastern Japan. The area around Urawa Station is a beautiful and refined city. There are also many restaurants and convenient shopping. My house has 3 private bedrooms & 2 toilets, making it ideal for long-term family stays, a base for sightseeing in Tokyo, a relay point for trips to Japan, and a perfect place for workations. Facilities and amenities: We provide amenities such as fridge, microwave, electric celtic, washing machine, hair dryer, bath towels, toothbrushes, etc. The entire building covers fast wifi (no portable wifi), microwave, fridge, air conditioner, washing machine, hair dryer, and electric kettle. The bathroom is separated, the toilet is a toilet with warm water, towels are provided, the bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub, 24 hours hot water, warm and cold air, and a drying system. Please prepare shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair bath towel, and non disposable slippers. You can cook in the kitchen. Only pots, forks and spoons are provided, no condiments are included. No smoking indoors. Hair dyeing in the bathroom is forbidden. If towels and bath towels are dyed due to hair dyeing, we will charge a fine of 1,000 yen per bath towel and 500 yen per towel.
