Nice Location close to shops and restaurants

Ruu has been very friendly and caring; checking in with us during our stay to make sure that we were OK and had what we needed and even recommended a muslim-friendly cafe that opened nearby. The apartment looks exactly like the photos in the listing, is very clean and well-maintained, and stocked with basic cleaning supplies. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be able to come back again!

Hana’s space was perfect for our family holiday in Osaka. It slept 5 of us comfortably and the space had a portable cot for our 1 year old which was handy! The location was perfect as it was 1-2min walk to the train station and just around the corner of Dotonbori street for eats and shopping! Highly recommend this place for a family visiting Osaka.

Man fährt mit den Aufzug in den 5. Stock, geht eine kleine Treppe hoch in den 6. Stock und man findet sich in einer Wohnung wieder, in der man an liebsten direkt einziehen würde. Es ist sauber, ordentlich und einfach heimisch. Eine Nachricht mit Wilkommensgrüßen, Snacks und Getränke erwarten einen. Im Bad stehen Seife und Cremes. In der Dusche findet man Shampoo und Duschgel (alles Marken Artikel). Unser Highlight war die Dachterrasse. Sie Lädt zum flanieren und aufhalten ein. Selbst bei Regen, denn sie ist überdacht. Die Lage ist genial. 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Metro, 5 Minuten bis nach Ebisuhigashi, einem Viertel, welches man gesehen haben muss und in jedem Reiseführer steht. Die Kommunikation war schnell, zuverlässig und klar in seinen Anweisungen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a great 3 day stay at Ken’s apartment. The neighborhood is perfect for exploring Kyoto - train and bus stations are just down the block. We walked to a different restaurant (off a list recommended by Ken which made our life easy) every night and had 3 delicious meals. There are shops and stores all around and the Nishiki market is very close too. The space was perfect for us - great bed, a frig and a freezer (with an ice cube tray - wow!) plus a washing machine. The terrace is amazing for breakfast, evening hour relaxing and watching the birds (herons in the river especially). The river path is great for a walk or run. There’s a great gelato place down the block. It’s quiet and comfortable. Ken is an amazing host - friendly and helpful. Book this place - and enjoy the real life style of Kyoto. Highly recommend!

位置非常方便，距離動物園前站僅需一分鐘，新今宮4分鐘，全家便利商店也只要1分鐘！四通八達哪裡都可去👍 房東態度也很親切，有問題都即時解決 房源對面就是新世界，不論是白天還是晚上去都有不同的風情，還有許多特色小吃及體驗；尤其是通天閣，裡面還有很多適合拍照的景點，特別適合有兒童的家庭入住！

离地铁站很近，步行5min，去梅田或者心斋桥都很方便。边上还有玉出的商场。相对比较安静。但也因为离电车地铁较近，偶尔在晚上和早上会听到电车声音。 适合一群朋友出行，可以用厨房做饭

The property is absolutely wonderful! I would say it’s one of the best Airbnbs I have ever been to. All the instructions of the electronics are clearly posted on the wall. If you have a close look, you can see that every detail of the house decorations are designed in a smart way. Iota replied so fast just like a “live customer support” , he also gave us well- organised advice on the food , shopping and so on. If I ever come back to Osaka, I would definitely book the room again!

Great host and great place to stay, so close to train station and convenience stores. Quick to universal studios and osaka expo 2025. Definitely staying here again when traveling to osaka. So much space, great for big family or with friends.

It's very close to the station, just remember east exit has no lift but it is the closest exit to the home, there is also lots of coin lockers just outside. The small area for washing clothes and drying is enclosed so you can leave to dry at night, that way you don't waste your vacation time (it takes around 25min to wash). The place is very homely and we just fit right in. Foreigners be careful of the stairs they are high, we decided to leave our suitcases downstairs as we only had 2 nights there. There is at least 3 vending machine on the street and a Lawson just down the street. The yakinuki they suggested was great though had some really loud customers. can't remember which meat cut we had, 1 of them was very soft great for older ppl with less teeth. smokers can smoke just outside the house or where the washing machine is, just make sure you close the door so smoke doesn't go into the house. Will stay again as there is still lots to see.

一泊二日で利用しました 写真通りすごく綺麗で、整理整頓されていました。布団は敷布団で到着した時には敷かれていてびっくりしました。 雨が降っていましたがガレージ内でバーベキューができるため、雨を気にせず楽しめます。

Mitsu and Eri were excellent hosts! Super responsive, genuinely kind, and generous. One of the best hosts we have encountered on Air B&B. They always responded expeditiously to our messages and were always very clear and concise in their responses. After four days of staying in their wonderful home and communicating with them on a daily basis we honestly felt like they were family and we had know them for a long time. More than excellent hosts!!!! Aside form being super hots, their home was fabulous, everything form the location to the comfort and cleanliness of their home made us fell at home. After a long day of being out and seeing all that Osaka and its nearby locations had to offer we always welcomed coming home to this great home! It was is very spacious and clean and we felt like we could live here. Form the 3 places we stayed in Japan this was absolutely our favorite and ew highly recommend it! Thank you for being an amazing host and for your amazing home. :)

綺麗で施設が整っていました。また、丁寧に対応いただき、良かったです。 立地もコインパーキングが近く、駅も近かったので大変便利でした。

房源周边很安静。屋里干净整洁，设施齐全。房东热情周到。房间里放了茶、香蕉、水和其它吃的东西。浴巾干燥松软，有一股淡淡的香味。房源离兴福寺1公里多。走路10点分钟就可以到。然后就可以一路继续走下去，奈良国立博物馆、春日大社、奈良公园等。我会给其他人推荐这个优秀的房源的！

急な予約内容の変更に対応いただいたき、連絡もスムーズでとても助かりました。 施設も綺麗で、細かなお気遣いもあり、素敵な思い出を作ることができました。

本次旅程的第一站，房子的位置很好，楼下就有7-11便利店，步行五分钟即可到达日本桥地铁站，去哪里都很方便，附近还有味道不错的餐厅和各种药妆店！ 房子面积虽然小，但设施齐全，有提供免费咖啡，还有微波炉和烤箱，最主要是比较干净，还有个小阳台，总体来说体验感很好，推荐大家选择。

Amazing location and overall stay!

出張で３日間利用させていただきました。快適に過ごさせていただきました。チェックインの方法はシンプルで分かりやすかったです。周りはとても静かなところで、近くに線路がありましたが、音などは全く気になりませんでした。お陰様で良い滞在となりました。ありがとうございました。

Very roomy. It's open floor plan so it was easier to move around. It had everything we needed. Having a washing machine on the same floor but shared was good too. The location was awesome. One thing to mention is there is no elevator. Overall we were very happy with our stay .

Nous voulions faire un stop à Takamatsu pour visiter le musée Noguchi, et l’appartement etait idéalement situé avec un parking gratuit. L’appartement est plutôt grand par rapport à ce que nous avons loué au Japon dans cette gamme de prix.

Het verblijf voldeed helemaal aan onze verwachtingen. Katsuhiko was ook steeds goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam toen we hem contacteerden met onze vragen.

Nice apartment with 2 shower and bath rooms which are useful for bigger group. Responsive and flexible host. Convenient location within 3 to 3 mins walk to 2 nearby metro stations and a few convenient stores within 2 mins walk.

this is a perfect place for a family vacay. the host is warm. the place is super clean.
