●B&B On y va & Experience● This is a limited group accommodation in a renovated sake brewery, built in the late Edo period. The price is the same for 1 or 2 people, and an additional charge per person will be incurred from the 3rd person. The first floor is the living room and the second floor is the bedroom. Size: 108.5 ㎡ (1st floor 85 ㎡, 2nd floor 23.5 ㎡) If you need more than one bedroom, there are 2 Japanese-style rooms with 10 tatami mats in the back building (with separate entrances, toilets, and verandas), so you can use a total of 3 bedrooms. Please let us know at the time of booking. A total of 160 m² of space is available with an additional 51.5 m². For breakfast, we provide coffee, bread, butter, and eggs from Oniwa Farm. Use of the kitchen is limited to guests staying 3 days or more. ✳ ︎ A separate fee is charged for the use of facilities such as meals, meetings, workshops, events, and photography with people other than guests. B&B JAPANICHE is a three-story building with three separate rooms and breakfast, newly built in February 2020. There are two rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people and one room that can accommodate up to 2 people, each with a family bath, kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, and free Wi-Fi. Even when traveling with multiple households or groups, you can secure a private space and relax. The owner lives on the 3rd floor, so you can rest assured that they can handle any sudden problems. Starting from B&B JAPANICHE, you can go to major tourist cities such as Kobe, Kyoto, Nara, and Wakayama on a day trip. Excellent access with 3 stops to USJ! You can reach Namba and Tennoji Temple without any transfers.

Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

Tokuto is a newly renovated private mansion built in the 1940s on Teshima. It is conveniently located about 15mins walk from Ieura Port. Enjoy the luxurious architecture of the past, such as the authentic hand blown window glass, Onigawara (Japanese gargoyle roof tiles), and the beautiful gardens with an abundance of stone lanterns. The building consists of 2 villas, King Villa & Queen Villa. As a measure against infectious diseases, we accept one group for each building.
