Vacation rentals with a home theater in Kansai

Great place for your stay in Osaka, we stayed with four adults and had heaps of room for everyone. Really nice balcony and lounge area to hang out. The area is nice too, very close to the station and some good restaurants close by! Would recommend!

It was very convenient, and I had a fun time going around Osaka and Kyoto. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! The host was very quick to respond and I felt that they were very thoughtful. I was very satisfied with both the value and the host.I definitely want to stay there again when I stay in Osaka!

Yuriko’s place is very clean and well equipped. The actual place is much nicer than the photos. Our party of 3 had a great time here. The location is super convenient . It is with 10 min walk to the subway station. There are tons of shops, restaurants, bakeries within 10-15 min walk. We highly recommend this place.

The inn keepers were so helpful. Knowledgeable and quick to react. I don't think we had a message. Go unanswered for more than five minutes.!!!Amazing service better than you could reasonably. The place was cozy, peaceful, and felt just like home. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged, and the warm lighting made the space feel even more inviting. I had such a relaxing stay and would love to come back next time I'm in the area.

The host was very proactive and helped us by pickup our luggage and dropping it on respective floors as per our requirement as the lift was not working. The shower area/washrooms were very clean and had goof quality toiletries. The kitchen was untouched and very well equipped. The cutlery was just perfect, there were all sorts of pans and other equipment required to cook our meals, they even got us new extra induction for our requirement. Good and very helpful staff. Really felt like home. Just faced two difficulties one being no working lift and second the washrooms weren’t inside the rooms. Rest 5star service! Highly recommend 🥳

If this were a hotel, I would give it 6 stars! The host has thought of everything needed for her guests. The appliances are state of the art, the beds were very comfortable and the location so easy to access the train station. I have stayed in many air bnbs and this is one of the best! We had fun playing Mario kart, enjoyed the free sake and had a relaxing soak in the tub. There are curling irons, flat irons and hair dryers in each shower. It was very roomy for our family of 4 and could accommodate many more guests. I regret not having more time to stay longer to enjoy the home. If you’re staying in Osaka, book this place!

We had a pleasant stay in a spacious listing.We were able to use the dishes and appliances freely, and there were no inconveniences.I recommend it.

Ideal room for Family. There were two beds for adults and a bunk bed for children. It was very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. But it would be tough to stay there in the winter. Even with the a/c on, the living room on the first floor doesn't get warm enough, and the bathroom is near the front door, so when you step over from the living room it feels to be the same temperature as outside.

9-10 people stayed together. If about 9 people stay together, you can stay at a relatively reasonable price. You can use the sauna and the small half bath, and the courtyard is beautiful. The owner responds quickly to inquiries and there are plenty of amenities. It consists of 1st and 2nd floors. The stairs on the 2nd floor are steep, so please note if you are carrying heavy luggage. It's on a big road, so it's close, and it's also good for going to Ritsurin Park or nearby shopping centers. I had a comfortable stay throughout the trip. Thank you.

The house is exactly like the pictures with plenty of contents. If we did not have to travel around Osaka, we would've wanted to stay all day in the house, and we will still have the best time. The exceptional bar with jazz sound system was impressive, and the theme in each room offered unique experience every day during out stay. The host communicated well with us with unwavering hospitality. We greatly appreciate Aoki family for making our trip in Japan much flourishing.

The hosts are helpful and respond quickly, and the home is very charming. We had a great stay!

i booked 2 room, this one for my family and the other one for my mom, sister and brother in law. this was my 2nd time staying at here, the reason is obviously due how comfortable and convenience is here. almost zero complain. the room is big, amenities are complete, bus stop just 5 seconds by foot :D, 2 mins to nearest ministop and 7eleven, 3 mins to Kyoto Aquarium. 1 more thing, please send my regards to SAMIYA-san at the reception office, she was so nice, very helpfull and super pretty too!!

The place is very spacious. We are four adults and the room is super comfortable for us. The location is within the walkable distance from Kyoto JR station. There is a bus station right next to it to go everywhere in Kyoto. I recommend staying there and would love to stay again in the future.

RESI Stay provided good support and guidance. When we first arrived at Kyoto station, it was early morning and it just took us 10 minutes walk from the station to RESI Reception Counter. We were offered to place our luggage there before the check-in time, we left the luggage there and went for a walk and lunch at Kyoto Station. When it was time for check-in, the RESI team provided us with a shuttle van to drop us at the location for check-in. The check-in process is seamless and easy to us. 5 of us were staying there (2 adults and 3 children), the place were nicely fit a family of 5. Even though the space seemed small, it was well-equipped with all the amenities that were required. It will take some time for you to walk with luggage from RESI stay to Kyoto station, it was a friendly walk-way and our kids were enjoying the walk to the station when we returned home. One of the best sightseeing place is Kyoto Aquarium, it's just 5 minutes from RESI stay! We enjoyed our stay at RESI

This was perfect for our few days in Kyoto. Checkin across the street from Kyoto Station was smooth and the free shuttle from the checkin desk to the building was very handy with our luggage. The room is centrally located in Kyoto with easy subway access, although we ended up walking to a lot of places. The building was clean and felt secure, and also conveniently had laundry machines on the first floor.
