Final cleaning can be purchased for SEK 2500 Fishing licenses are purchased in Tempo grocery store in Holmsjö center 1500 m away, there is also a pizzeria, gas station and train connection to Karlskrona 25min, Kalmar/Öland 50min and Växjö 60min. Car to Kosta Boda with shopping and moose safari 40min

Closer to the sea you will not

In the middle of the archipelago with proximity to the golf course.(400m) is this apt only a couple feet from the water. The cottage in which the apartment is located next to the owner's residence. Accommodates 4 people. Shower and toilet. Wi-Fi, smart tv is available. The staircase to the apt is slightly steeper than standard. From the terrace view of the sea and field, and also a Viking rehearsal place. Across the house is a bigger road. On this one you can quickly get out on e22 Boat included. Petrol not included. No smokers and pets.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

Take a break, unwind in our cozy guest room! Nature & the sea outside the door. 50 meters down we have our jetty where you can enjoy the morning coffee. Feel free to borrow the rowing boat to test the recognized fine fishing waters or borrow a bike to explore the local area. Hike along the Kalmarsund Trail and feel the Småland history between stone walls, sea and cultivation landscapes. Sofa/daybed that pulls out to a double bed as well as a wide loft bed with a ladder. Bed for 3 but recommended for 2. Warm welcome!

A detached house on Saltö, Karlskrona, with sea view and 50 m from the private landing jetty, placed on municipal shore. Access to a small rowing boat is included in the price. The hosts speak English and a bit German. Maximum guests are two adults and two children. The house is situated close to the owners house, but still has its privacy with a large terrace attached and access to an own part of the garden. Cleaning is done by the guests. Bed linen and towels can normally not be provided.

You are close by to a number of beaches on the island and there are two campsites on Oknö and a restaurant. You have about 8 km into Mönsterås which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.
