Beachfront vacation rentals in Kalmar

What an amazing night we have spent in the tent! The environment is so peaceful and quiet, sleeping by the stars and listening to the (wild)life out there has been such a nice experience. The beds are super confortable and the tent is perfectly equipped. The kids (and grown ups) have really enjoyed it! It is also a very nice place to explore with lots of activities and great places to discover. Would highly recommend!

Flott og velholdt hytte med innglasset terrasse og stort utearealet. To flotte soverom, stue, kjøkken og baderom. God plass til bilparkering på tomten. Vi hadde noen flotte dager på Øland, og trives meget godt i hytta. Leonora svarte alltid raskt på våre henvendelser og tok også kontakt for å sjekke om vi var kommet vel fram og at alt var bra. Kort sagt, vi var veldig fornøyde med hytta og vertskapet.

Nine of us (six adults and three children) stayed in the house over the Easter weekend. It’s located within walking distance of the coast, where you can enjoy beautiful walks, explore the area, or even go for a swim. The house itself is warm and welcoming, and it has everything you might need, including a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of toys, and a great outdoor area where we had our first barbecue of the year. There are also a few bicycles one can use. Rebecka and her father-in-law were both very helpful and kind. They allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was fantastic—and especially appreciated by the children, who made the most of the trampoline. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

A wonderful swedish experience! Actually, one should keep this little paradise to oneself as a secret tip and share it only with very good friends :) The location of Magnus' small loft is a dream, situated with a slightly elevated terrace, overlooking the legendary landscape of the archipelago and finding oneself in the midst of nature. The grounds of the accommodation are like Bullerbü, with a beautiful stylish Swedish house attached and old fruit trees as well.There are paddle boats and canoes as well as bicycles, so you can move around perfectly to explore the islands. The loft is very cozy with typical Nordic charm, very comfortable, good beds, and a modern shower. A small kitchenette helps to self-cater occasionally. Magnus and his wife are very warm and welcoming hosts who always had good answers to all our wishes and questions. Magnus is an expert in giving tips about the surroundings and other parts of the country. Definitely a vacation that couldn't have been more beautiful.

Amazing Stay with Stunning Nature and Lovely Hosts We had a wonderful stay at Marie and Samuel’s place! They are incredibly kind and welcoming hosts, making us feel at home right away. The beach view from the property is absolutely breathtaking, and we thoroughly enjoyed the boat rides. it was such a memorable experience. The surrounding nature is peaceful and filled with the calming sounds of birds, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The house itself is very calm and cozy, perfect for a restful getaway. Another big plus is the location. it’s super close to Kalmar city and the beautiful island of Öland, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for tranquility and nature with the convenience of nearby attractions!

Super schöne Umgebung, sehr ruhig, tolle Wege zum Spazieren, das Meer vor der Tür. Gastgeber sehr nett und die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht (modern Geräte, gemütliche Sitz- und Schlafmöbel)

Pär was super responsive as a host. Their house is such a fine gem. It's in walking distance from the town, yet far enough away to be private and with a great view over the archipelago and the city on the opposit side of the water. Quiet and calming - soothing for the soul.

Detta var helt klart vårt bästa boende vi haft på 8 år i Köpingsvik! Att vi är extremt nöjda är verkligen ingen överdrift och det finns inget negativt alls att hitta om varken boendet eller värden. Allt var TOP NOTCH och ett välkomnande som hette duga!! Full pott till Maria och Jörgen!!

Supermysig modern stuga precis vid vattnet! Trädäck med grill precis intill. Välstädat med alla bekvämligheter man behöver. Andreas är enkel och snabb att kommunicera med. Jag rekommenderar varmt denna stugan och skulle gärna bo här igen.

Andra gången vi hyrde och lika nöjda denna gången. Ett riktigt bra ställe för hela familjen som varmt rekommenderas!

Väldigt trevligt boende med fin utsikt mot havet. Vandrade på uvön som ligger i närheten. Trevliga värdar.

Vår vistelse i Köpinsvik var över förväntan, närheten till stranden, Ica och resturanger, var mer än vad vi förväntade oss. Vi hyrde cykla hos närliggande camping, så att vi lätt kunde ta oss in till Borgholm. Det tog ungefär 15 min att cykla dit. Det vi önskade var att det fanns mer än en parkering. Jonas svarade alltid när man kontaktade honom, dock träffade vi honom inte personligen utan all kommunikation skedde via meddelande. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende, då det var helt perfekt!

Mycket fint boende med närhet till allt! Stranden, Ica, konditori, restauranger m m. Bättre i verkligheten än på bilderna! Förbrukningsvaror som diskmedel, disktabletter, toapapper m m fanns i lägenheten som var utrustad med det mesta. Saknade inget. Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka!

Det var en toppen vistelse. Lägenheten var perfekt, välstädad, modern med all bekvämligheter. Dessutom så var det helt underbart att vakna till en härlig havsutsikt. Simon är snabb på kommunicera och är hjälpsam. Vi är supernöjda med vistelsen. Hade gärna förlängt vistelsen.

Wir haben es sehr genossen ein paar Tage in dem Ferienhaus Urlaub zu machen. Es ist sehr entspannend, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und den Ausblick zu genießen. Das Hsus ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem, was man braucht, eingerichtet. Die schöne Lage direkt am Wasser ist einmalig.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt bei Mats und Lisbeth, beide sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ihre kleine Hütte liegt so schön, ein kleines Paradies...

Boligen ligger lige ned til vandet med egen sandstrand, vi har været i området før så vi viste godt at det er et område med mange mennesker som holder ferie lige som os. Derfor var det rart at have en privat strand og så alligevel et område med mange feriegæster tæt på ! Det gør også at det er gode restauranter, et fantastisk brødudsalg og butikker tæt på. Boligen var som beskrevet, men bad og toilet var meget dejligt og i megen find stand altid rigeligt varm vand og fungerede perfekt. Strand var fin stande fra og det rum vi valgte at sove i var sengene gode. Det er et rigeligt hyggeligt sted og vi kommet sikkert igen. Alt er tær på og dog alligevel privat.

Cozy cabin with all the amenities in good condition. Clean and well prepared for guests. But the real draw of this place is the outside area. Beautiful view, right by the water. A lot of space to hang out, two barbecues, a hot tub and a private little jetty. Good things to know is that having a car is required to get around the area, and the sleeping loft is pretty cramped.

Hallo Johan! Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei dir sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt eingebettet zwischen einem wunderschönen Buchenwald. Eine herrlich entspannende Zeit inmitten der schönen Natur und dem Meer so nah. Die Terrasse ist großzügig gestaltet und bietet Platz zum Entspannen und Genießen. Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem Pizzaofen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist auf das Meer ausgerichtet. Über einen kleinen kurzen Weg ist man direkt am Badesteg oder dem Bootssteg. Durch die Möglichkeit das Boot zu nutzen, haben wir viel Zeit auf dem Meer verbracht und viel entdeckt. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert und wir hatten selten so eine entspannte Familienzeit. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Sauber und gepflegt. Ein Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Danke für die wunderschöne Zeit an diesem besonderen Ort.

Maria is an excellent host, and very responsive. The place is cozy and charming, at the end of the marina with a beautiful view and a quiet location by the water. It's stocked with plenty of amenities, and I was very happy with my stay. I stayed here by myself and it was perfect: while there are three single beds plus a sofa, it might get crowded with more than a couple of people, as there's not a lot of space. But if I come back to Sandhamn, I would happily rent this place from Maria again!

Magnus is very friendly, the check in and out was very simple. They had forgot to leave the apartment key but magnus wife brought it the day efter! Left the apartment unlock, very safe area which is nice. Free parking at the front yard. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The location of the cottage is unbeatable and the view is superb. I loved my stay on Saltö a lot. Thanks to Annika + Fredrik!
