During the colder months, you can cozy up in front of the fire in the wood-burning stove (central heating is also available). From the dining area and from the kitchen and bathroom windows you can see the Baltic Sea between the houses.

Our thatched roof house "Coastline" in Groß Schwansee – picturesquely located on the coast between Travemünde and Boltenhagen – is a lovingly designed retreat to feel good. The furnishings are characterized by the style and lifestyle of the beach houses on the US east coast. "Coastline" itself is perfectly equipped for the fall/winter season with a Finnish sauna and fireplace, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen-living room. A total of 4 cozy bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 7 guests.

The bungalow is in a quiet location - it is only about 850 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and car parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow. Trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours via the A20. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.

In the middle of our wonderful orchard is our spacious house with a cozy eat-in kitchen, in which a fireplace provides coziness in cold weather. In summer, the large terrace with a shady apple tree invites you to eat together. In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
