Live the “simple” life on the Baltic: in a solar-powered workman’s hut. The idyllic hamlet of Klützer Winkel is 20 km east of Lübeck, Germany, 6 km west of Boltenhagen, and only ten minutes’ walk from the unspoiled Baltic coastline. Our natural refuge (3500 sq.m./over 37,000 sq.ft.) is nestled among hilly meadows, woodlands, beaches, and some nearby seaside cliffs. Our owner-run plot of land has many fruit trees and other trees, blackberry bushes and shrubs. Pristine meadows directly around the property are crisscrossed by narrow pathways. You can set up your own place to sit, and there is a central terrace with barbecue. Facing the south, the vintage workman’s hut (20 square meter/215 square feet) was converted into a cocoon of living space with virtually no environmental footprint. Its separate bedroom, kitchen and roomy living area are supplemented by a 14 square meter (150 square foot) veranda facing west. All the flooring is larch. All electricity is solar generated with water supply from on board tanks or at the nearby “bathhouse” on the same plot with its solar-powered shower. A wood-burning stove can be used in colder weather. Details: 12VDC power supply, intermittent 220V/80W power with converter, DVB-T TV, radio and DVD player, refrigerator, two-plate gas cooker, and sink. Since 2016 we got a supplementary nonsolar power supply i.e. to have a shower without sun. Plus we offer: Bicycle and bed linen rental (please confirm in advance), drawing and painting kits, arts and crafts equipment, beach utensils. Plus the chance to pick and process cherries, blackberries, pears, and apples (all according to the season and availability, for a small fee) Klützer Winkel also offers many leisure, cultural, and recreational opportunities.

"Jules Hus" befindet sich auf einem großen Grundstück in Feldrandlage. Das Haus liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Strand. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die Garderobe, ein großzügiges Duschbad mit Regendusche, eine Sauna sowie ein zentraler Wohnbereich. Vom Wohn-/Essbereich haben Sie direkten Zugang zur Terrasse/Garten. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer. Das gemütliche Haus hat mit ca. 117 m² Platz für 7 Personen und 1 Baby. Die Betten sind auf 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder ausgelegt.

Relax in this special, quiet and bright accommodation. The apartment Lichtblick is part of the oasis by the sea in Groß Schwansee. There is hardly any traffic here, and there is plenty of nature all around. The natural Baltic beach is only a 500 m walk away. During the colder months, you can cozy up in front of the fire in the wood-burning stove (central heating is also available). From the dining area and from the kitchen and bathroom windows you can see the Baltic Sea between the houses.

The modern half-timbered house near the beach is the ideal vacation home for all 4 seasons. It was built in 2017, furnished to a high standard and furnished with great love for detail. The beautiful garden with 3 terraces, playground, barbecue area, lounge, beach chair, sun loungers and outdoor jacuzzi (37.5°) with wooden deck offers plenty of space for relaxation and recreation. Gut Pettluis - Ferien im Herrenhaus

Die Ferienwohnung ist circa 100 m² groß, hat 2 Zimmer, Küche und Bad. Sie ist zu ebener Erde und hat einen eigenen Eingang. Sie hat eine eigene Terrasse und liegt zur Südseite des Hauses. Die Zimmer sind mit antiken Möbeln eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Kühlschrank. Das Bad hat eine große Eckbadewanne und ein Doppelwaschbecken. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großer Flachbildschirm. Und viele Regale mit Büchern für jeden Geschmack.

Ferienhaus Alter Apfelbaum, Fahrräder inkl.

Unser Ferienhaus (ca. 1900, saniert 2013) beinhaltet 2 Wohnungen. Die Wohnung im ersten Stock vermieten wir als großzügige Ferienwohnung mit insgesamt 8 Schlafplätzen. Die untere Wohnung wird von uns selbst an Wochenenden oder in den Ferien genutzt. Unsere Ferienwohnung ist im skandinavischen Stil individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet. Unser Haus bietet sich insb. für Familien mit Kindern an, die in Ostseenähe Urlaub machen möchten.

Reetdachhaus mit großem Garten in Strandnähe

Unser Ferienhaus unter Reet liegt in 800 m Entfernung zum Strand und ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung in der Natur sucht findet hier seinen Platz. Das Haus ist umgeben von einem großen Garten mit Obstbäumen und Wiese, Bäume spenden Schatten bei Hitze. Wer die Abwechslung sucht erreicht in 1 Stunde Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock und in 1,5 Stunden über die A20 Hamburg. Über den Ostseeradweg können Travemünde oder Boltenhagen erreicht werden.

The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Das Appartment liegt im Erdgeschoss unserer "Oase am Meer" in Groß Schwansee (Gemeinde Kalkhorst) und verfügt über 75 qm Wohnfläche. Es besteht aus 2 Schlafräumen, einer Küche, einem Badezimmer und einem Wintergarten. Vor dem Appartement befindet sich eine Terrasse in Südlage. Aus allen Zimmern blicken Sie in den Garten. Der Zugang zum Appartement erfolgt über eine Stufe. Zwischen Küche und Wintergarten gibt es eine weitere Stufe.
