In the middle of nature lies the small vacation village of Barendorf. Anyone looking for peace and quiet in a nicely furnished two-room apartment between Lübeck-Travemünde and Boltenhagen is in good hands here. The 9 x 5 m indoor pool invites you with a water temperature of 26 degrees in winter, as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with a southeast orientation. The uncrowded beach can be reached on foot via a hiking trail through beautiful nature (about 800 m).

Baltic Sea apartment "Alte Schule Welzin" - beach (15 min)

This lovingly furnished apartment in the country house style is part of the former village school of Welzin. The building has been here for over 100 years, far away from media and city noise. If you just want to "get out" and do without the TV, you will find the best starting point for a great Baltic Sea vacation here. Relax in this special, quiet and bright accommodation. The apartment Lichtblick is part of the oasis by the sea in Groß Schwansee. There is hardly any traffic here, and there is plenty of nature all around. The natural Baltic beach is only a 500 m walk away. During the colder months, you can cozy up in front of the fire in the wood-burning stove (central heating is also available). From the dining area and from the kitchen and bathroom windows you can see the Baltic Sea between the houses.

The cozy apartment is located on the upper floor of our "Oase am Meer" in the village of Groß Schwansee (municipality of Kalkhorst), approx. 500 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. It consists of a 45 square meter room with living and sleeping area as well as a kitchen and dining area. From both areas you can look at the Baltic Sea. The kitchen and dining area is very bright and sunny due to the large glazed dormer facing south. Directly in front of it is a balcony with a table and two chairs.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The modern furnished 3-roomapartment in the historic Ohlerich warehouse is located right at the harbor tip of Wismar. The apartment is designed for 4 people. In the living room there is also a sofa bed on which another 2 people can be accommodated. A highlight is the private sauna in the apartment. The picturesque old town is within walking distance.

In our lovingly furnished apartment you can relax wonderfully - everything is available to feel comfortable - music, fresh bed linen, space to tell, a spacious balcony for breakfast in the sun, sun set in a beach chair, books and games, internet access ..... The bathroom and toilet has just been redesigned with floor level access to the shower and glass partition. Everything is freshly painted light grey and a new design floor has been laid throughout the apartment.

A spacious living room with solid wood kitchen and historic beams provides a cozy atmosphere. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. In addition, the apartment has a 20 qm bathroom with large bathtub and shower, a quiet, sunny balcony and a patio in the garden.
