Very well maintained and modern apartment. Lots of modern appliances and everything you need. Each room has its own bathroom, the hot tub was great and the sauna just fantastic. We were 6 people and it was spacious and cozy. We would stay there again.

Bibi & Tom are two very lovely people :) Great apartment and very comfortable. We booked the place with 8P and the space was sufficient. The rooms are well equipped, in the bathroom there was everything you need. And the kitchen is fully equipped and cooking/self-catering was not an issue. In addition, there is a great balcony and the possibility to barbecue in the garden (which was used by us). Highly recommend. Apartment suitable for any groups or configurations. We had a wonderful week in Mötz. The apartment is ideally located for activities in the mountains and is well equipped. The view from the balcony is fantastic and the rest of the apartment is very spacious. Ursula is an extremely lovely and accommodating host and we would come back any time!

Beautiful cottage in great location! The house was very clean, communication with the hosts uncomplicated and friendly. The quiet location near Innsbruck was ideal for excursions and relaxation. Absolutely recommended!

We had a nice experience. The view is amazing and amidst nature. The proximity to Innsbruck makes it comfortable for a day trip. The bathrooms are renovated and spacious, on the other hand bedrooms make squeaky noise as one walks, due to old wooden flooring (something for light sleepers). The house is also well equipped with all appliances. The kitchen, dining, and living room make it cozy and open. Overall recommended.

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

The house and surroundings are beautiful. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable. The host’s were friendly, responsive, and helpful. They were 6 of us on business trip and we all hope to come back with our families!

We were in Innsbruck for a workation and had a few really nice days here. The accommodation is very well equipped and has ample space for 5-6 people. Unfortunately, we did not have such good weather and therefore could not use the outdoor areas properly, but in nice weather the various balconies are certainly also a highlight. In addition, the communication with Heidi and Ria was optimal, we always got a quick and friendly answer. We can definitely imagine spending a few more days here.

Amazing apartment in a quiet location. Parking space available for guests if you’re traveling by car and the place is brand new, very clean and modern, the only small downside for us personally was the smart home system. A little tricky to manage if you’re not tech savvy :) also a microwave would be useful. Overall a perfect find if you want to hike around Tyrol and stay close to Innsbruck.

This place was great… Caroline was easy to work with and it was an easy location to have as a home base. Would stay here again for sure.

We had a great stay. The apartment is very large and stylish. You don't need anything, the amenities are great! The ski bus runs right outside the door, the apartment is clean and large and you don't need anything. The communication with Melanie was super pleasant and always friendly. Thank you for everything - we would be happy to come back

Wonderful apartment overlooking Neuschwanstein and deer in the grass field. Good base for sightseeing and hiking in the hills

Andreas was very helpful with information about the location. Nikolett was very friendly and responsive. It’s a very peaceful area and a nice place to stay.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

Beautiful cozy apartment with everything you need. By car to the ski resort to Ischgl 30 minutes without traffic jam and with parking space guarantee. We enjoyed our stay! In summer, certainly also wonderful with the spacious terrace and the gigantic view.

We just felt comfortable! The apartment is cozy and nicely decorated. It's all there what you need! Plenty of space for two. The many windows and the protected balcony make the attic apartment bright and friendly. Despite snow and low temperatures, we were able to sit on the balcony in the sun for a while. The contact was prompt and friendly before and during arrival. And... Simone surprised us with tangerines and nuts. For us, the apartment was perfect
