Private waterfront sanctuary w/ dock, tiki, hot tub, pool & yard. Comfy, spacious area to kick back & relax. A natural preserve area showcases beautiful birds & wildlife. We have 7 kayaks. Boaters can dock boat & cruise to the ocean or downtown Stuart without any fixed bridges. We also offer 2 bikes. Cabin-like feel but w/ hurricane impact windows & doors, new floors, shower, vanity, kitchen countertop, & tiki hut. Two large hammocks & firepit. All the amenities of home but feels like paradise.

The kitchen features modern appliances including a microwave and an oven surrounded by ample cabinetry and granite countertops. A dining area with high-backed stools offers seating for guests. Natural light floods the space through a large window, enhancing the inviting atmosphere.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. Chrissy's Cozy Cottage is just what is says COZY and comfortable. 1st bedroom has a queen size bed and a door to the outside deck overlooking a preserve. 2cd bedroom has a trudle sofa that opens to a full bed. All linens are included. Plenty of seating for visitors around dining room table and counter. We are a 5 min walk to the ocean and Shuckers restaurant, just across A1A. Cottage is located in Beautiful Nettles Island Community.

A clear blue sky is overhead, complementing the inviting pool area. The pool features a diving board and is surrounded by a patio with lounge chairs. The clubhouse is visible in the background, offering shaded seating and additional amenities.

Nestled among other beach houses in a gated community, called Nettles Island, is this peaceful oasis of relaxation. Thus cottage has all the comforts of home. Come enjoy a leisurely stroll on the beach, a refreshing swim in the pool(s) or some family activities around Nettles or surrounding area. There is always something to keep you busy at Nettles. It is a gorgeous location.

Just a minute drive/5 min bike or 10 min walk to dine on the water & beach options! My fav is the beautiful blue/green waters at S Causeway Park inlet (.5) where you can swim, fish, rent jet skis, launch a boat/water toys you bring! The Jetty Pier Beach is awesome & never disappoints! Same as our sleep 6 Cottage, minus the bunk beds (so less cost)
