Everything is steps away! You can see the beach entrance from the driveway! No shared spaces! After a day on the water head to the Beach House to jump in the pool or play with some yard games. Take a stroll or GOLF CART RIDE to the restaurant/tiki bar to have a sunset dinner! Huge pool, private beach, gym, billiard room, bathrooms/showers. Bath house located 3 doors down w/ extra showers, laundry room, & extra bathrooms.
