Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Jasenice

We have been conquered by the unbelievable hospitality of this couple ! Welcomed with local treats and by a baby cat Maki, we managed to have a wonderful conversation even with little English spoken. The appartement is very nice and the surroundings are calm. That was a perfect final stop in our trip to Croatia !

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Super nette Familie, gemütliche Unterkunft und ein ruhiger schöner Ort zum entspannen. 🥰

Die Lage ist einfach super. Die Stadt ist mit dem Uber für 5€ erreichbar, der Strand und gute Restaurants in 2min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und der Balkon toll zum zusammensitzen. Die Betten sind ok (schon etwas älter). Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Frühstück braucht. Zum grillen ist auch alles da. Zum regelmäßigen kochen fehlt es etwas an Ausstattung, hat uns aber aufgrund der guten Restaurants nicht gefehlt. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke Damir!

Absolutely amazing stay, was worth the money! Right on the water just across the bridge from old town. Perfect place to stay for sight seeing, tours and exploring Zadar.

Cosy flat in the little port in Mali Iž. We were there for a coulple of days in the end of September, and the place was quiet and peaceful. Views from the balcony on the water and the port is all you need :) Bedroom window is facing the courtyard and it was super silent, good night sleep. Kitchen is not big but has everything you need, we cooked and it was ok. The shop is literally next door. Kind hosts. We recommend it!

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Sin duda alguna este apartamento ha cumplido todas nuestras expectativas y diría que más. Un lugar ideal para descansar, mucha paz y tranquilo. El apartamento está en ubicado en un lugar con mucho encanto. Tiene todo para pasar unos días impresionantes en la isla y sobre todo de puro relax. Limpio, ordenado y un diseño con mucho encanto y unas vistas de postal. Son de esos lugares que te da pena irte. Recomendado.

We had a great stay at Matija's apartment and highly recommend it. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed. The location was also perfect for us - it is nicely situated in a quieter, more residential area away from the tourist noise but remains close to the old town, which is around 15-20 mins pleasant, flat walk. It's also 1 min from a useful little shop, 5 mins from a range of beaches (and a nice beach bar) and less than 10 mins walk from the main bus station. Matija and his family were great hosts, too. Communication was good from the start and they go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. This included taking time to give us directions (and shortcuts) to the places we'd want to go, helping out with booking taxis, flexible check-in/check-out and generally being warm and welcoming. We enjoyed a really good holiday and have nothing to complain about at all. Brilliant accommodation and host in lovely Zadar.

Marko and his mother are so friendly, kind, responsive and more. The house is beautiful and make you felt at home. I highly recommend Marco’s home.

Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf den Bildern – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das absolute Highlight: der Balkon mit direktem Meerblick – einfach traumhaft! Die Lage war ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Zelkjo’s place is a perfect place to stay if you want to visit some of the most beautifull Croatia’s National Parks. The house itself is really clean, spacious and provides you with the basics you need. Check-in was smooth as the door was already open and there were some cold drinks in the fridge. In case of questions, Josip, who lives in the lower part of the building was very helpful. I would really recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice and quiet place to discover the parks of Croatia.

Die Kommunikation mit Dina war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut und angenehm. Schnelle Antwort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ich kann Dina, ihren Mann und das wunderschöne Haus nur empfehlen. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder für einen Urlaub buchen.

Tolle Unterkunft! Super modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Toller Pool mit Grillplatz und Sitzecke, Liegen Sonnenschirm. Man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl in einer ruhigen Gegend in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand oder in Zadar. Die Unterkunft ist einfach jeden Cent wert!

Ein schönes kleines Haus. In ruhiger Lage, wo wir schön entspannen konnten. Super mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Kleiner Spielplatz und Pool war ein Highlight für die Kinder. Strand ist auch nicht weit weg. Anuśka ist eine ganz liebe Gastgeberin, die gleich auf Fragen und Probleme reagiert. Ist empfehlenswert!

Die Kommunikation mit Sandra war perfekt, innerhalb Minuten. Das Gastgeber Paar war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und der Balkon war mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen ausgestattet. Ein schnelles WiFi und Unterstellmöglichkeit für unsere gemieteten Fahrrädern war ebenfalls vorhanden. Bäckerei und Supermärkte befanden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Badestrand war fußläufig erreichbar ebenso ein nettes Cafe, wo der Sonnenuntergang cekebriert werden konnte. Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen.

We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad in het appartement van Drazen. Hij is erg vriendelijk en geeft tips over de omgeving. Ook heeft hij ons getrakteerd op zelfgebakken lekkernijen.

El balcón (más bien terracita) donde desayunamos todos los días. La cama extragrande, fuí con una amiga y no nos molestamos, era como dormir solas. Las vistas desde la piscina (no la utilizamos porque hizo mucho aire, pero estaba limpía y disponible). El sr. que nos recibió super amable. Llegamos con el último ferry y aunque era tarde nos recibieron con una sonrisa. El agua no es potable, y nos ponían agua y cafe a disposición. El alojamiento es sencillo, pero muy cómodo, el parking fácil (me preocupaba bastante). Nos hemos quedado con ganas de disfrutar más, pero en la isla hay demasiadas cosas preciosas que ver. Si volvemos, repetiría, oir los grillos tomando el cafe fuera es un lujo. Hay varios gatos, pero te advierten que no los alimentes para que no vengan porque puede haber huespedes alergicos. Tolle, kleine Ferienwohnung in einem schönen Haus. Alles war genau wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Check-In sehr flexibel und einfach. Kommunikation war top. Innerhalb von 5min sind zu Fuß mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand zu erreichen. In der nähe ist die Pizzeria Sime welche man unbedingt besuchen sollte.

The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped! It’s a bit further from the Old Town, but still within easy walking distance, and there are shops nearby for convenience. Luka was very friendly and welcoming, and his dog was absolutely lovely!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Matea in Sukosan war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war blitzblank sauber und bestens ausgestattet – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Besonders für Familien mit Kindern ist dieser Ort ideal. Die Gastgeberfamilie war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat sogar Spielzeug für unsere Kinder geteilt, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Supermärkte und alles, was man braucht, sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder bei Matea buchen und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!♥️

The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. josaphine and franka both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Hidden from busy main streets but close to everywhere, clean and with beautiful garden. Our kids loved feeding turtles in the garden and sitting in the swing ❤️

Ich reise sehr glücklich wieder zurück - mein kleiner Urlaub in Zaglav bei Petra war perfekt. Petra ist eine super liebe Person, die mir vorher schon hilfreiche Tipps zur Fähre gegeben hat. Das Appartement ist super ruhig direkt am Hafen gelegen - ich könnte unfassbar schöne Sonnenaufgänge von dem großen Balkon aus sehen😍 Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt, liebe Petra☀️

To miejsce jest dokładnie tym czego szukasz jadąc do Chorwacji. Blisko plaża, piekarnia, restauracja, jednocześnie brak miejskiego zgiełku. Pani gospodarz jest bardzo miła, pomocna i łatwo się z nią porozumieć. Apartamenty na wysokim poziomie, sprawiają jeszcze lepsze wrażenie na żywo niż na zdjęciach. Myślę, że wrócę w najbliższych latach!
