We had a wonderful stay at Cvita’s Apartment — it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay very pleasant. It's just a short walk to the sea, and the area is full of great restaurants. One of the highlights was that the host also owns a restaurant nearby, which we highly recommend! Cvita is incredibly friendly, speaks excellent English, and treated us like family. She was always quick to respond and went out of her way to help us with anything we needed. Free parking was a big plus, especially in this area. The warm hospitality, excellent location, and overall comfort made our trip extra special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. We’d love to come back again!

Very nice place to stay to visit Zadar. The host is so kind and thoughtful, they made sure we had some food even when the supermarkets were closed because of a national holiday.

Nice neigborhood. it is close to several excellent restaurants ( RIVA, tamaris), and to supermarkets( plodine, konzum, spar and Euro spin), walkable to kolovare beach and to downtown. we will come back for sure when visiting Zadar. thank u again for everyrhing

The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated and a very comfy bed! Jasmina also helped me when I had a delayed flight so couldn’t ask for a better host, thankyou again ❤️❤️

The accommodation is beautiful, the view is very beautiful, the decor, the cleanliness was perfect. It's like the pictures. The supplies are quality. The air conditioning is efficient, silent. The concierge is very responsive and let us enjoy the apartment later than expected because there was no tenant after us. Just an indication that is not mentioned on the listing, the roof-top is not accessible from inside the apartment, you have to go out on the landing and go up a floor. This is not easy when you have prepared the meal downstairs, you would need all the kitchen equipment in duplicate, to be able to cook more easily on the roof-top. The hot tub was very clean! The beach is a 2-minute walk away. The city center is 10 minutes drive. Groups can party in the building, so it can be noisy. Bakery and restaurant 2 minutes' walk. A beachfront bar. The littery is quality.

I really enjoyed my stay at Damir's place. he was a fantastic host and the home was perfectly near many amenities without having to be right in the city center.

The apartment is incredible, the kitchen was super well-equipped, it's spacious, the welcome was unbeatable..!! And Mirjana is really an ideal host. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanks Zvonomir! great place just 3 minutes walking from the old town. You'll feel at home here. He has a lot of amenities too; it's more like a studio for real people and not a faceless soulless Airbnb hotel. Zvonomir is a great guy as well and he'll help with whatever you need.

The apartment was just like in the pictures – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The absolute highlight: the balcony with direct sea view – simply fantastic! The location was quiet and great for unwinding. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, we felt completely comfortable from the first moment. We can only recommend the apartment!

There were eight of us at this great location! Marijo and his team did a great job. There were great records for the reception as well as fresh cookies. He also found out if everything was okay with us. He also came to clean the pool in the week, which is just great as well as a day before departure he brought us a lot of wind bags in general. We found the location super, it is super quiet there and it is simply recommended to take his vacation there thank you for this great wonderful vacation!

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we felt immediately comfortable. I highly recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again for a vacation in a heartbeat.

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

The apartment was renovated,the bathrooms were completely new. Another thing we were missing were rowiacs to hang towels in the bathrooms and a small storage space in the bathrooms. The kitchen is poorly furnished for the arrival of 9ludi,but the owner said that she would go to the future to fix it. There is no air conditioning on the rooms, but there were fans. We also had a great vacation thanks to a really big terrace where we spent almost all the time together. The apartment is pleasantly very close to the sea,in a dead-end street,where not many cars. I highly recommend it also for families with children.

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

Drazen is super friendly and welcoming. He even shared freshly baked apple tarts with us, which were delicious. The home is close to the beautiful krka national park as well.

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

Our stay at Matea's place in Sukosan was just amazing! The place was sparkling clean and well equipped – we felt comfortable from the first moment. Especially for families with children, this place is ideal. The host family was incredibly friendly and accommodating and even shared toys for our kids which made us very happy. Supermarkets and everything you need are in the immediate vicinity, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The value for money is also outstanding. We would love to book with Matea again at any time and highly recommend this place!♥️

The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped! It’s a bit further from the Old Town, but still within easy walking distance, and there are shops nearby for convenience. Luka was very friendly and welcoming, and his dog was absolutely lovely!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Hidden from busy main streets but close to everywhere, clean and with beautiful garden. Our kids loved feeding turtles in the garden and sitting in the swing ❤️
