SUNSET APARTMENT... This is a separate apartment in our family home at the seaside. The entrance is separate, and the apartment is furnished for full time living. The apartment has a Mediterranean garden with the biggest grill, and a lovely beach few steps away. The apartment has 2,5 rooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed, and second bedroom with 2 separate beds used for children mostly. In the living room there is a comfy fould out couch where 2 more people can sleep. Just like our garden, the apartment is quite unique to the last hand made detail. This year we renovated the kitchen in shabby chic style :) For all our guests, this has been the place to relax and leave all the worries behind. Layed back or active, here you can have Your perfect holiday. Our villa is spread across two spacious floors, designed for comfort and relaxation. The Ground Floor - The heart of the house is an open-concept living area featuring a large, fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that comfortably seats 8 people. The spacious living room, with its cozy corner sofa, is perfect for evening gatherings. For added convenience, there is also a full bathroom on this floor. The Upper Floor - Upstairs, you will find 3 stylish bedrooms offering beautiful views. The sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate 8 guests in total. A key feature of our villa is privacy—each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone. Outdoor & Entertainment - Step outside to your private oasis featuring a stunning infinity pool. The courtyard is equipped with a lounge area, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill—ideal for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. Bonus Areas & Parking - On the lower level in front of the house, there is a dedicated play and relaxation zone finished with artificial grass, perfect for children or sunbathing. Take it easy at this unique and cozy getaway. 200 year old house, restored in a traditional style complete with modern equipment. Fully air conditioned and with free WiFi and TV with Netflix channel. The first floor consists of a kitchen , dining room, living room and bathroom with washing machine. On the second floor there are two rooms with a double bed and a separate bathroom. The house has several terraces: a private one next to the house overlooking the city and the river and a spacious central terrace with a barbecue.

The cottage is located in a secluded area in the bay of Doca on the island of Murter, in complete isolation. The house cannot be reached by car but on foot (10 min walk from the parking lot in the Kosirina camp). Vacation means solitude, the smell of nature, a beautiful view, no crowds, noise or traffic. Wake up in the morning to the sound of the sea and the chirping of birds.
