Vacation rentals with a patio in Jasenice

Everything was great, but the large terrace overlooking the sea, the island and Zadar is the best point of the apartment

The house is very nice and above all clean, the hosts attentive to our needs, very kind, one night they also offered to cook for us. If we were to return to that area of Croatia we would be happy to come back to them. We highly recommend it to those who want to vacation there.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

We stayed there on our way to Dubrovnik. Combined with a visit to Krka National Park. Ideal starting point. Very nice host.

Best of Our experience on airbnb. To say that Tomislav is a good host is like saying nothing! Tomislav is always there to help, to meet all expectations of guests, and even exceeds them. We arrived to the apartment very late with a small child, Tomislav himself offered us a ride from the airport and even to our surprise, he "filled" the refrigerator in the apartment. He was always close when we needed it, helped my husband rent a car, he offered rakija, homemade oil, gave tips, extended the checkout time, and above all, devoted his private time to make our stay even better. The apartment itself is located in a quiet area overlooking the sea. Everything is new, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. An additional advantage is the great terrace with a breakfast table, rest and even sun loungers. It is worth adding that on the ground floor of the building you can use the washing machine for free, which is a really big amenity for families with children. We will definitely be back

We felt very comfortable here. The house is located almost directly on the water and you can admire great sunsets or take a ride with the SUP. The apartment was as described and the bed very comfortable. We'd love to come back :)

We had a warm welcome and brilliant communication during our stay. We were helped directly when we had a concern :-) The location of the house is in the beautiful nature of Vranas and you can escape the hustle and bustle. The private pool helps. You also have an outdoor grill to round off the beautiful evenings. Furthermore, a new, additional bathroom is available, which is not yet visible in the pictures! However, a car is strongly recommended to reach supermarkets, beaches, etc. All in all, it was a great stay and we would come back :-)

Perfect in every way. A beautiful, tastefully decorated, luxurious villa with a breathtaking seascape view. Comfortable and well stocked, Tatjana, who is such a thoughtful and helpful host, has thought of everything. Sparkling clean throughout, this is by far the best Airbnb we have visited.

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds cozy, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear downside: we were not provided with a baby chair, even after repeated insistent requests. Andrej said he couldn't decide for himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be bought. For us, this was a big limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here so that other parents with toddlers are prepared.

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is a bit remote and wonderfully quiet – yet you can reach Zadar in just half an hour, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job – you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections for it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly – and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled with the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the barbecue, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

Ivan makes you feel like you're at home. Check-in with him was extremely pleasant as he acts multilingual [Croatian, English, German] There were all the necessary resources and much more (coffee maker, hair dryer, Netflix access, pool accessories). Any questions we had were answered through Airbnb within 20 minutes [e.g. shopping] The entire holiday was rounded off in a special way, from the welcome vesper plate to the homemade apple strudel of his wife. There was also a great entertainment at the end. We will definitely return. Arrived as guests, left as friends. We have rarely met such a thoughtful host. We had the most wonderful stay at Erna's property! The apartment is gorgeous and cozy, has lots of charm, and is in a lovely setting, just a few metres from the water. Everything needed was provided to us and the apartment kitchen was well equipped. We made good use of the bikes, outdoor kitchen (bonus) and paddleboard. While we didn't actually go to Split as much as we were planning, we ended up preferring spending time in our neighbourhood and exploring the rest of Kaštela with the use of the bikes :) Barbara and her husband were also very welcoming and we felt honoured to be invited to spend time with them. We will miss this place and its hosts! tips: best beach near the apartment seems to be a 6 minute walk to the right once leaving the gate. Kaštela is also to the right when leaving the gate. biking is possible all along the coast. the historic buildings are very charming. May be best to take the bus to Trojir as the highway portion doesn't have much of a shoulder. Thanks!

Wonderful place with a friendly host!

Jasna's place was perfect, beautiful to be, the neighborhood, just everything! The location is great for those who want privacy. Jasna and her husband are very kind and friendly people, and they're at your fingertips anytime. I recommend the place to all ten. Great!

Staying at Kristina's apartment in Bibinje was great. A beachfront home. Contact with Kristina is sensational and immediate. My wife and I were there for a week and it was great. Shops nearby, bars and restaurants. The beach is clean. Hassle-free accommodation and check-in. The apartment was very clean. There was everything you needed and more. A great surprise from host Kristina is delicious pralines and tincture that were waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. We'll definitely be back!

My family and I stayed with Marijana at the end of September. The place matched the description and was a relaxing experience with the pool. Our hostess was very warm, helpful and even regularly brought us fresh fruit from her garden and helped us with many great tips for the area. Unfortunately, the location of the place is not really central. In the surrounding villages there are small beaches, but you should consider having a car for exploration, as it is very quiet nearby and you have to drive a little further out for more action. Nonetheless, it was a great stay and we say goodbye gratefully from Vrana, Croatia. ❤️
