Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Inverness

Great place to stay, at high tide you feel like your right on the firth and at low tide there is a lot of area to walk. It's quite and peaceful, and was the perfect place for me and my family to relax whilst we explored Inverness, Loch Ness and the highlands

One of my favorite AirBnB locations we’ve ever stayed in! The natural light and back windows looking out to the Cairngorms were stunning. Not only is this home beautifully designed, but it has everything you need and is just minutes away from walking and biking trails. We found it to be the perfect location to have as a home base for taking day trips throughout the Highlands.

Stayed here while in Inverness for work, finished on site slightly early and Neil allowed us early access to house no problem

We had a short but lovely stay at Julie and Spencer’s place! We felt at home right away! The place was very very clean and comfortable and close to all the attractions we wanted to see. Julie and Spencer were very helpful and responsive. The neighbours are also very friendly! The only small setback was that we were expecting bunk beds, as that was what was listed when we booked. When we arrived, there was a small double bed in its place. However, it was a minor inconvenience in the grand scope of things. We would highly recommend this place to those wanting to stay in Inverness.

Great place with tons of room. The townhome was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the cookies, teas, cereals and milk, it was a very nice touch. We definitely needed to stay longer!

The place was very quiet but still very close to town. The supermarket was a very short walk away as where great restaurant and the Ness river for a shorter or longer walk.

Perfect! Comfortable beds, spacious room, complete with fridge, microwave, dishes, kettle etc, fresh milk for tea & coffee and more, and the place was immaculate!Bethany had thought of everything. Great, quiet location near Culloden battlefield and the city of Inverness. Bethany is a most pleasant and welcoming host. Truly excellent!!

Die Wohnung von Alison ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Wohnung ist absolut sauber. Die Lage ist optimal, ruhig in der Umgebung, direkt am River Ness und zentral zum Zentrum. 5 Minuten Fußweg und man ist in der City. Wer zum ersten Mal eine Wohnung in Inverness sucht, kann hier auf jeden Fall hinfahren. Die Urlauber, die schon hier waren, würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Great location to serve as a hub to travel throughout the day, then return in the evening hours to loads of restaurants with great live music (Highlander) and story telling (sèomar). Breakfast was perfect at Rendezvous.

The Airbnb was in a brilliant location. We walked around Inverness from the accommodation. The airbnb had everything we needed and more Kath was a brilliant host. Thank you for the delicious breakfast.

The Apartment in Highland Council was very nice and clean! There were also plenty of towels! The highlight was the beautiful, modern bathroom with the wonderful shower with a full enclosure door and a niche to place your shampoos, etc. Believe us when we say this is a plus in the UK! The water pressure and the hot water was also a plus. Again, this is not always the case in the UK! The apartment was quiet even though it is situated right by a road. The parking is by its back door/patio entrance which is by the market parking lot. We entered and exited from this door during our stay, and used the market parking near the back gate. The kitchen is adorable and functional, but it’s small. It has a very small refrigerator, so small amounts of groceries are best to buy if you’re cooking in. There were some staples available for use, a coffee maker and a kettle. The washer dryer was definitely a plus!

Much quieter than listing suggests. Don’t be put off by warning of noise, worst it gets is people walking above and washing machine. Lovely place, clean, tranquil with plenty of storage and well equipped

This place was remarkable and we felt like home. It was cozy and warm. Donald also greeted us with snacks and lit candles. This place was amazing, highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Elaines. It was in a perfect location and so easy to walk everywhere, plus she has a parking pass that we used.

We had a lovely time in Inverness in Jills appartment. It was the perfect size for two people, clean and had everything you needed for the stay.

Everything was as expected and shown on listing. Well stocked kitchen, showers were great and beds were comfortable.

Lovely wee flat - nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and equiped with everything that anyone could need. Nice and central to all the city centre pubs and restaurants. Only a short stroll away from the river Ness and it's lovely surrounding area. Would happily stay here again. Maybe a wee bit pricey but then everywhere else decent is too.

Leanne's place was clean and tidy and located in a great part of town. Leanne was also super helpful with questions and instructions and we appreciated the small touches like the prosecco in the fridge. Would recommend

The house was extremely clean and had everything you would need in the kitchen and the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and shower was great. It was just a short walk into the center of Inverness but was located in a quiet residential area

The place was much better than what was described. Mark is very warm and friendly. We stayed just for a night. Would definitely stay longer next time.
