Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Inverness

Great place to stay, at high tide you feel like your right on the firth and at low tide there is a lot of area to walk. It's quite and peaceful, and was the perfect place for me and my family to relax whilst we explored Inverness, Loch Ness and the highlands

One of my favorite AirBnB locations we’ve ever stayed in! The natural light and back windows looking out to the Cairngorms were stunning. Not only is this home beautifully designed, but it has everything you need and is just minutes away from walking and biking trails. We found it to be the perfect location to have as a home base for taking day trips throughout the Highlands.

This was a wonderful place for our family to stay. It had a great sitting room to wind down at night and a wonderful kitchen.

Our stay was terrific. Beautiful, clean and centrally located. Walking distance to downtown Inverness which offers many restaurant choices and shopping. We would highly recommend this place if you visit Scotland.

The place was very quiet but still very close to town. The supermarket was a very short walk away as where great restaurant and the Ness river for a shorter or longer walk.

Perfect! Comfortable beds, spacious room, complete with fridge, microwave, dishes, kettle etc, fresh milk for tea & coffee and more, and the place was immaculate!Bethany had thought of everything. Great, quiet location near Culloden battlefield and the city of Inverness. Bethany is a most pleasant and welcoming host. Truly excellent!!

Fantastic find! Beautiful views, lovely studio. Light, airy and spacious. Easy drive to visit Nessie. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Leanne’s property. The apartment is homely, clean and modern, and we loved the amazing views of Inverness and the Moray Firth from the living room. The apartment is located a short drive away from Inverness and other attractions. Leanne is a very responsive and helpful.

A great place to stay, wish we had more days to stay here Kathleen was extremely helpful. Responded to our queries in phone. Came down to help start the Induction Cooktop, we were not aware of the child lock on it. Provided us with lots of stuff to eat for breakfast - Oats, Croissants, milk etc. Kitchen was well stocked with jam, lot of butter , olive oil, sugar, tea/ coffee powder etc The place was extremely clean. Kitchen had all amenities like Cooktop, Microwave, fridge, electric kettle, plates, adequate pots and pans, spoons, forks etc. The bedroom had blinds to totally shut out light, very convenient in long summer days. The only inconvenience is that a flight of stairs is required to reach the front door and another flight of stairs to reach the bedroom and bathroom from the drawing room . The place is only 10 mins walk from town center and few steps from the river Ness. A department store is only 5 mins walk.

The Apartment in Highland Council was very nice and clean! There were also plenty of towels! The highlight was the beautiful, modern bathroom with the wonderful shower with a full enclosure door and a niche to place your shampoos, etc. Believe us when we say this is a plus in the UK! The water pressure and the hot water was also a plus. Again, this is not always the case in the UK! The apartment was quiet even though it is situated right by a road. The parking is by its back door/patio entrance which is by the market parking lot. We entered and exited from this door during our stay, and used the market parking near the back gate. The kitchen is adorable and functional, but it’s small. It has a very small refrigerator, so small amounts of groceries are best to buy if you’re cooking in. There were some staples available for use, a coffee maker and a kettle. The washer dryer was definitely a plus!

Karen's place was everything & more. Walkable to restaurants, shop's, city center and the river Ness. The flat was very clean and had everything one would need. If I needed to talk with Karen, she responded quickly. I would definitely stay there again and recommend highly.

Jill's place is one of the best places I've stayed at for Air B and B. It was so clean, so well tended. We felt right at home and very comfortable. Jill was responsive and wonderful the entire time. It is clear in the description, but yes, there are lots of stairs to navigate. But what views! I can't thank Jill enough for sharing her home. We'll be staying there again!

We had a great stay at Elaines. It was in a perfect location and so easy to walk everywhere, plus she has a parking pass that we used.

We had a lovely time exporting Inverness and the surrounding Whisky Trails whilst staying at Caroline’s. The flat has all the comforts of home was extra impressed with the breakfast eggs toast and cereals that were supplied. After nearly 8 weeks touring the UK this is the first place we’ve stayed that really embarrassed the B for breakfast in AIRBNB. Thanks so much Caroline we really appreciate your extra effort

Everything was as expected and shown on listing. Well stocked kitchen, showers were great and beds were comfortable.

Our stay at Fiona’s apartment couldn’t have been more enjoyable. Great location, wonderful views, great amenities. Most of all Fiona was a wonderful host and responded above and beyond expectations to all of our questions and needs. We would love to return. Thank you Fiona!

The apartment is very pleasant and perfectly clean. It is in a great location, close to a space to walk the dog and about ten minutes walk to the city center. It is a perfect pied-à-terre to stay for a few days and discover the surroundings of Inverness. Jill is a responsive and caring host

Stephen is an excellent host, sent great recommendations on places to eat and made sure we had arrived & settled in. It’s a superb location- on one side is the beach and on the other is the town. Thank you Stephen for a lovely stay :-)

Lovely wee flat - nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and equiped with everything that anyone could need. Nice and central to all the city centre pubs and restaurants. Only a short stroll away from the river Ness and it's lovely surrounding area. Would happily stay here again. Maybe a wee bit pricey but then everywhere else decent is too.

The house was extremely clean and had everything you would need in the kitchen and the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and shower was great. It was just a short walk into the center of Inverness but was located in a quiet residential area
