My boyfriend and I had the perfect 3 night stay. It was really easy to get in, bed was really comfortable, the bathroom had hot water with great pressure, kitchen was well stocked. Lots of street parking and lots of walkable restaurants. Id recommend anyone stay and Id love to stay again.

This was a great place to stay while in Indy. The house was spotless and had everything we would need for our stay. The backyard and fire pit was a nice little area to relax after a long day. I loved the full length and makeup mirrors in the bedrooms! The coffee and snack bar were great for a quick breakfast on our way out. Although the beds squeaked a little, they were really comfortable, and we fell asleep almost immediately. We'd definitely stay here again!

I had such a great experience at Dexter's place! The apartment was exactly as described! The location was perfect and close to the amphitheater, which made getting around super easy. Dexter was incredibly helpful and responded quickly when we struggled to get inside the apartment. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great place to stay in downtown Indinapolis!

Mary & Marvin made me feel right at home! Mary sure has an eye for decor, and Marvin made check-in a breeze, complete with a welcome pamphlet! Bed was super comfy and the place was just what I needed! Already booked for next time!

Derek’s place was the perfect spot to stay in Indianapolis! You can tell everything was well thought out to make the stay very comfortable. Derek was very proactive about telling us what was going on in the neighborhood so we wouldn’t have trouble parking. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

My friend and I stayed at Sarah’s place and had a fantastic time. Sarah is an excellent host, quickly answering my questions and communicating clearly. The space is beautifully decorated with tons of unique finds and well-appointed with everything we needed. Location is good for getting around town. Everywhere we went was within a 10-15 minutes drive. If you want to walk to restaurants, shopping, etc this might not be the right match for you. But many places are indeed close if you ride a bike on the towpath. Street parking was easy and ample. Sarah provided an informative guide about local attractions and also very clear and reasonable instructions for cleaning up and checking out. No complaints. A real all-star. Thanks again, Sarah! PS: in our comings and goings, we ran into the downstairs neighbor - a complete delight!

Very cute and small apartment! The distance from everything I wanted to do and see was just about 15 mins from this place! The Ubers were cheap, everything about Acacias place was convenient! Definitely would recommend to share with a partner.

The location was perfect for Indy 500 weekend as it was away from the chaos and traffic of the city but still a convenient driving distance away. Everything from check in to check out went smoothly with no issues and there were no concerns the entire weekend. Parking was simple and easy, and the town itself is a perfect mix of peaceful with everything you need within a walk or a short drive. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s a great nice small property to stay. Definitely not big enough for more than two people but a great location to downtown.

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

Our stay in the condo in Broadripple for the Indy 500 was excellent. The property was easy to find, centrally located in a nice area of Indianapolis and was a short walk to multiple restaurants, shopping and a Fresh Market grocery. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked for our weeklong stay. Our host, Deborah was extremely responsive and her communications were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to "Let's Go Racing"!!
