Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Indianapolis

Very convenient location. Huge space for kids to run to get that before bed energy out. Thank you for providing ear plugs. It’s an older building so it was easy to hear the upstairs unit and outside noises. Will be booking here for future visits to the museum and zoo.

Donald’s place was a great for our trip to Indianapolis for a wedding. Clear instructions which allowed us to check in easily. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Noise was minimal and all you heard was really noise from the streets of downtown. To be fair the Pacers won their game final ECF to enter the NBA Finals and the city was rowdier than usual, but that is to be expected since the apartment is located in the heart of downtown. It felt quite safe to walk downtown day and night. Plenty of restaurants around. There is also a small conscience store in the mall for any little things you might need. Apartment itself was exactly as described and quite with no noises from neighbors. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing to be close tot the circle downtown.

Gerry has a very comfortable apartment with a very homey feel. Spacious place where the two of us had plenty of room. He includes a lot of extras like snacks, sodas and bottled water which we appreciated. The location was great and we pretty much walked everywhere. I had questions along the way and Gerry was always responsive! The only complication is having to park down the street but that worked out okay. Thank you, Gerry.

Michael is a great host and his place is truly amazing. It is well appointed, creatively decorated, and has one of the best equipped Airbnb kitchens we have had the pleasure of experiencing. The neighborhood is walkable and friendly. We have already made our next reservations, and would recommend it to anyone!

We loved Blake’s eclectic space! Fun and funky. A 5 min drive took us to Lucas Stadium, Everwise, and a multitude of great restaurants. We definitely recommend if you are looking for something a little different.

Place was nice & clean. All instructions were clear on how to get there & host was very accommodating to our needs! Nice and quiet as well. Would definitely go back if I was in the area!

Every time I’m in Indy I check to see if Joan's AirBnb is available. Walking distance to so many great bars and restaurants. Also I love the vintage style of the architecture. 7 out of 5 stars

We were in town for a baseball tournament and stayed with a couple other families. There was plenty to keep the kids entertained and the adults! Mikale was extremely responsive and helpful. This space is exactly as described and we really enjoyed the little touches that truly make this place special.

We absolutely loved the house! It was very clean, looked exactly as the photos and was in such a fantastic location. The neighbourhood was great! We felt welcomed and safe. A great location for everyone, where everyone is included! There was parking out back as listed, however, we never needed it as we always got a space directly in front of the house. We were able to walk everywhere. Delicious restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and more. We visited Chilly Water Brewery a couple of times for a drink and lunch, walked to many spots that were all 10 mins or less. Visited the old Duck Pin Bowling in a gorgeous historic building. It was quiet and safe. Our favorite was Amelia's Bakery, the best chocolate croissants and blueberry danishes. We also stopped by Nine Lives Cat Cafe where you can visit rescued cats and kittens that are available for adoption, also had great lattes! Our only regret was not staying longer. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Indianapolis!

This was just what I was looking for: a nice, quiet place to get away for the weekend. Hot tub was nice (and HOT!, had to turn the temp down) and for being in the middle of a neighborhood, felt like a secluded spot. There were some great spots to eat close by. This was a great place for a relaxing weekend.

Beautiful town house in a beautiful neighborhood. Spotless home, great and large space, it’s the whole package and a shame I couldn’t spend more time in it! Thanks for a seamless experience:)

This is the second time staying at this owner’s property. We were in town for Indy 500 activities. The apartment was great and would highly recommend Butler Villa

It’s a great nice small property to stay. Definitely not big enough for more than two people but a great location to downtown.

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

Our stay in the condo in Broadripple for the Indy 500 was excellent. The property was easy to find, centrally located in a nice area of Indianapolis and was a short walk to multiple restaurants, shopping and a Fresh Market grocery. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked for our weeklong stay. Our host, Deborah was extremely responsive and her communications were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to "Let's Go Racing"!!

Perfect location for our conference event at the Indiana Convention Center. Easy to walk to and plenty of food options. The space is beautiful, and even though we had a few hiccups, the host was responsive and took care of it as fast as possible.

Ginger is an excellent host. Responsive and accommodating, the place was exactly as described and located in a great spot.
