Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Indianapolis

My husband and cat and I stayed for almost 2 weeks in the midst of a big move and this AirBnB was perfect! Wonderful location, flexible hosts, well stocked Nespresso, and great lighting. Walkable to so many Fountain Square gems (especially Bovacanti!). Appreciated the full kitchen and washer/dryer units too. Some minimal comments/tips: parking can be trickier at night but we could consistently find parking 1-2 blocks away. Water pressure is also on the lower end and hot water in the main bathroom sinks are hard to turn on. Anna acknowledged this and it wasn’t a huge issue - we adapted quickly over time! Would recommend this BnB to anyone looking for a longer stay!

This is a lovely home in a very safe area. A close drive to the convention center. Andrew is a great host and even accomodated a late check out for us when our travel plans changed. Visit Tappers arcade bar up the road for some fun while here. Thanks for a great stay!

Krista was always kind, responded almost instantly to questions, provided canoes and kayaks for lovely paddle into the wilderness and shared her most lovable and friendly cat.. Toby who was always ready to greet and love upon us 😊

The accommodation was great. Everything was clean and both bedrooms were very decent. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Kitchen was fully equipped and nothing was missing. The small garden is very practical and also had nice furniture. If we are again in this area, we will come back :)

We had a lovely stay at Barb’s Bungalow. Barb was very proactively communicative with clear directions on how to access her home and the reasonable expectations for our stay which made it easy to feel at home. She has a beautiful sunroom out back which was a perfect place for us to enjoy coffee and breakfast. The home is stocked with thoughtful amenities, beds/bedrooms are comfy and private, and the living spaces are clean and cozy. 5/5 stars would definitely rent again!

Every time I’m in Indy I check to see if Joan's AirBnb is available. Walking distance to so many great bars and restaurants. Also I love the vintage style of the architecture. 7 out of 5 stars

This place was good for our family and we definitely had a better time here than we would have had in a hotel. I will say that, when I see “entire house” on a listing, I do not expect to be sharing an entrance or dwelling with the owners. I’m sure they are great people, but personally, when I use AirBnB, I am looking for a greater degree of privacy than I felt we had knowing the owners were under the same roof. Overall, the upstairs house was lovely, clean and beautifully furnished with a great location.

An amazing stay at Alex’s place! Such a cute space in a fabulous location. Easy to access location and near several cool breweries, restaurants and cafes. The home looked exactly like the pictures and our host had several great touches offered including a coffee maker and pods and extra toiletries if needed. Alex was super helpful and responsive with clear communication and instructions. We will definitely book this spot again in the future! Thanks again!

We had a great stay. The apartment was in a great location with easy access to the highway to get to where we were going. Everything was provided that we needed to have a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again if travelling to this area.

I love what they have done to their home! It was comfortable and really quiet! Never even knew anyone else was even there ! She greeted us on the way in , and replied back quickly when we had questions. I would definitely stay again!

Apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities needed for a 2 week stay. Host was very responsive and had great communication. Area had plenty to do within walking distance. Would definitely stay again if available when we're back in Indy.

Phillips place is a gem in a popular area with more shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance than you could possibly go to. Even though it was within walking distance to everything it was secluded enough with the trees and being one street away from the activities that it was quiet and peaceful. The balcony is private and perfect for relaxing. The steam shower was a nice bonus and the eclectic decor was great. Phillip was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. We loved it so much we've already booked another stay.

My wife and I stayed in the Koala Room for a month, and it was a great temporary stay for the price. While the house faces the road, the traffic noise wasn’t very noticeable in the room. There are plenty of kitchen appliances that made cooking easy, along with a large refrigerator, which was a nice bonus. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around during the day, and there are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. The host is very responsive, and any major issues are addressed quickly. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone needing a short or long-term stay near downtown Indy.

Came for a Fever game . Was a quick easy 10 min walk ! Cute place . Bed was very comfortable and the building was very nice and felt very safe which is important when traveling alone with my teenage daughter :) extremely clean and check in was super easy . We can’t wait to come back for another game !!

Stay was great the home matches exactly with the pictures. The neighborhood is real quiet & the location is convenient if want to hang around downtown or heading over to the garage

It was a great place to stay. Quiet and lots of good amenities at the facility. Good sized condo with plenty of space to spread out. View of the river is also beautiful! Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay at Lystina's place. It was perfect for our little trip. Right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to so many things. For us it was a quick walk to catch an Indiana Fever game. The place was clean, comfortable, and the little balcony was a delight.

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

We stayed while my son was getting medical treatment at Riley Hospital for a week. It was beautiful and comfortable. I had a few questions, and they were answered immediately. We would definitely stay again, given the opportunity!

This was one of the best stays I've had. The host were very friendly. I met Rick and he was very pleasant and accommodating. The house is just as described, and it is more beautiful in person. I am extremely O.C.D. so I am hard on cleanliness, and this place was immaculately clean. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is located near lots of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here.

We were in town to see a show at the Old National Centre, and Austin's place was perfect for our little getaway! The location was perfect as we were able to walk to dinner and the theater, and the dedicated parking spot was much appreciated. The place was clean, easy to find, and check-in and check-out were also easy. There were thoughtful touches for convenience (even Tupperware in the kitchen for leftovers during our stay!), the beds were clean and comfortable, plenty of charging ports, and nice hangout spaces. I even appreciated that we could see the parking lot / our car from the apartment, for security's sake. This is not a "quiet" location since it is downtown, but that just means you're in the middle of all the good stuff happening around you! Austin and his team were very communicative, helpful, and followed up after check-out to ensure we had a great stay. We felt like this was a hidden gem, and we look forward to staying again someday!
