Sweet Home Feet in the Sand

Our house is new, bright, ventilated and cozy, 50 meters from Praia Grande, one of the best beaches in Ilhabela! There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, with bed and bath linens, two of which are en-suites. The kitchen is complete, with a microwave, appliances and all the utensils. The living room has a smart TV with Sky HD. We have Wi-Fi, parking, a washing machine, balcony, barbecue area, shower and sea view. There are good restaurants, a pizzeria, bars, market, wine cellar, bakery and pharmacy nearby.

A comfortable living area features a large, eco-leather sectional sofa and a wooden coffee table with a circular design. A flat-screen TV is mounted on a rustic wood wall, complemented by green plants and soft natural light from the window, enhancing the relaxing vibe.

Comfortable and safe the beach house gets plenty of natural light, it is airy with constant air renovation by all environments. With an incredible view of the sea and located on the same avenue as the beaches of the south of the island, surrounded by a lot of nature, our house has beach decor, new furniture and utensils. An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing.
