You can go without fear , clean place all nearby and host good people.. prox a everything has a market underneath the AP that has everything.

Excellent location, easy access to the wedding venues around, a good place to spend a stay. The only observation is the noise of air machines that seems to come from the market next door. Other than that, Would come back again

Mauricio's space is very cozy and spacious, fully equipped, with air-conditioning in the bedroom and a fan in the living room. The house is very airy, has a garage and is located very close to the ferry to Ilhabela, which can be a key point for those who want to explore both São Sebastião and Ilhabela. Everything for basic necessities of everyday life is near. Mauritius has proven kind and proactive, with nice recommendations.

Everything was quiet and as expected! The place is really very well located and the accommodation was very pleasant! Good shower, good beds! I was greeted by Iasmin, who was very attentive and polite, always ready to solve any need.

Paulo received us very well. Before welcoming us, he gave us information about the stay, location and the necessary items to be taken by us. However, he did not inform us about toilet paper, arguing that this item would be a personal necessity and that the only roll available would be a courtesy. Although I partially agree with your argument, as this is a personal consumption item, compared to soap, toothpaste, sanitary pads, etc., this could have been informed before our stay, just as we were informed of the need to bring other personal items (linens and towels, for example). I believe it is important for the owner to inform guests of this, as in all the stays I have had on AirBnb this has never been a problem. In any case, except for that, Paulo was helpful and welcomed us well. The house has a great structure and great location for the northern and southern beaches of the island, as well as being close to the Village.

The stay was excellent! The apartment matches the photos, the location is also great, with restaurants, shops and markets nearby. I went with my dogs and the yard and laundry area are great. Victor is very flexible about schedules

I had a great stay at Paola's. The space was very clean. It was smaller than expected (great for one person, a bit tight for two) but well designed. The photos are accurate but at the same time didn't fully represent the space. The flat is part of a hotel and the sliding glass doors open straight into a public walkway. I found it a bit strange at first but honestly wasn't a problem as the property itself is very quiet. The pool is right outside. It doesn't have a luxurious feel but more like an apartment. I liked it! Felt more casual. The view also is great. The property itself is only a 10min walk from the beach but it is straight up hill (very steep). Might not be suitable for some. The best thing was the communication with Paula. There were a few items missing from the kitchen and she coordinated with the hotel staff to help me and then the next day new items were delivered! Having stayed in a lot of Airbnbs with unresponsive hosts/companies this was really nice. I recommend.

Guys, it was amazing. The photos can't describe how beautiful it is! What peace, what quiet. Amazing and super communicative neighbors. The little dogs on both sides are so cute!! Wonderful location for those who have a car, 5 minutes or less from the beach!! We'll be back soon
