Our house is new, bright, ventilated and cozy, 50 m from Praia Grande, one of the best beaches in Ilhabela! There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, with bed and bath linens, two suites. An old house by boat, built in the 1950s that belonged to the old Belvedere hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth strolling in a canoe. The house is new in typical Island style, in the Ilhabela Greens gated community, close to the quiet beach of Veloso and the trendy Corral. It sleeps 4 people in the 2 bedrooms, with 2 more on the sofa bed in the living room. It is very well planned to provide views of the sea from the entire house. We hire high internet speed to make it possible to 'home office'.

"CASA PIÚVA" beautiful, wide and with a spectacular view

Quiet street house, a privileged location, which provides a beautiful view of the sea and the woods. The view from the house is really lovely. Amazing sunset! Wide environments, balcony integrated with the indoor area through glass doors. Nice decor. We take care of the space with great care and attention. Here the tranquility takes over !
