Beautiful equipped, comfy and cozy house. It accommodates 6 people - 2 en-suites and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds plus exclusive bathroom, all with air-conditioning. Large lounge and dining area connected to kitchen and covered balcony. Open inner courtyard with a small swimming pool integrated into the garden. Covered garage for two cars one of them with automatic gate. Located on Itaquanduba Beach, easy access to beach and bike path, great for sports, hiking and Beach Tennis play.

Wonderful cottage with 400mb internet located 50 meters from Portinho Beach, with easy walking access to nearby beaches. Room with a double bed with Smart TV and internet, a cozy bathroom well decorated and a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, water filter, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, refrigerator and utensils in general. It does not have parking but you have the option to park on the street itself or on the side street.
