We are back bringing comfort and beauty to our typical Ilhabela style. There are 2 en-suites with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, beautiful and ventilated bathrooms. One of the suites can serve as a home office. AC in the living room. Sleep to the sound of the stream that passes just behind the house and wake up to the birds in the large garden full of fruit trees! Barbecue grill, outdoor showers, full kitchen, 2 parking spaces. Come and live that dream! We also have a cottage to accommodate 2 more people.

The "Canto dos Cardiais" Chalet is located within the property that is part of our residence. Quiet place and close to Ilhabela Shopping Center. Surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, the Chalet is ideal for couples. It has a queen-size bed, air-conditioning, an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, a private balcony with a hammock, closed parking, and TV with Sky. In the yard, there are 2 female dogs, but they can remain tied up. Buses pass by the door and it is very close to Perequê Beach. I'll be waiting for you.

Our house is bright, ventilated and cozy, 50 m from Praia Grande, one of the best beaches in Ilhabela! There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, with bed and bath linens, two of which are en-suites. The kitchen is complete, with microwave, appliances and all utensils. The living room has a smart TV with Sky HD. We have Wi-Fi, parking, washing machine, balcony, barbecue, shower and ocean view. There are good restaurants, pizzeria, bars, market, winery, bakery and pharmacy nearby.

Amazing outdoor area, Jacuzzi with hydromassage and refreshing waterfall, fire pit, hammock, shower, pergola and an incredible view!

Enjoy the island's peace and exuberant nature! Private access to the rocks to spend hours contemplating the sea. Check out at any time on the last day! To ensure privacy, the cottages are not rented separately. Our property has many stairs and is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, next to Perequê, which is the commercial center of Ilhabela. You will be in the center of the city, with easy access to the two beach regions from here (the North, and the South). The Wi-Fi works perfectly, also for Home Office.
