The house is exactly as shown in the photos, and all equipped with very good taste and very functional. The employee who attended to us there was always very attentive and helpful. Guaecá beach is beautiful and the location of the house is privileged, with privacy and close to the beach walking through a beautiful garden, allowing the children to go alone to the beach. The tennis court available completes the package by giving you this option throughout your stay. We had only a few problems with the company that manages the property, but as soon as the owner got involved and we dealt directly with him, everything was resolved.

Very pleasant stay. Claudia was super helpful and proactive to inform everything about the house and the surroundings. Upon arrival, the caretakers who stay on the property were extremely attentive and helped us with everything we asked for. The house is just like the pictures, located in a very quiet point on the beach. As I traveled with children and family, including the elderly, it was very comfortable and pleasant. It was certainly worth it and I recommend it!

The stay at Saud's house was amazing! In addition to being a super receptive and pleasant host, the house is full of nature making the place very charming and bringing plenty of tranquility to our rest. The view is beautiful, both to the sea and to the house itself and, from all the rooms it is possible to enjoy the landscape! Everything in the house is very well thought out and planned, from the complete amenities and accessories made available - it made us feel like we were in our own house! The house is also very close to the beach, which makes it much easier to get around to enjoy the day! Thanks for the reception, attention and care in all our interactions, we will come back more often!!!

Very well cared for, clean and organized place. Very good location; the cleaning and cooking assistant was excellent, very helpful. We had an unforeseen event due to very heavy rain in the region; but with contact and attention from Fernanda (owner) but nothing to disapprove of the stay. We'll be back for sure.

The house is in a truly incredible location, next to the beach of Feiticeira and with a private beach. Municipality exceeded expectations in this regard. Attention points: upon reaching the house it was stinking and there were some dead cockroaches. The kitchen and living room are a little tight, but they are as pictured. The town hall surpasses any expectation, it's really amazing.
