Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Île de Ré

Stunning. The location is simply superb, utterly private with the most stupendous view of the sea and, at low tide, the beach below the house. The grounds are extensive with several places where one can sit and contemplate the sea and watch the sunset. The house itself is equally superb. Comfortable, beautifully designed, spacious and with a lovely ambiance. The kitchen is one the best equipped we have ever encountered in a holiday rental. The location, just 10-15 minutes walk to the main square of La Noue, with its daily market, excellent butcher & fromagerie, the fishmonger, the boulangerie and winemongers, is excellent, too. We loved every moment and would love to come back. Oh and did I mention the ping pong table?

Family weekend with kids. Very nice house, heated pool as desired, kitchen with generous equipment, top bedding, beautiful decor. We loved it, and Alison was very responsive when we had a question. We'll want to go back, that's for sure!

Bright, clean and very well-designed house with 2 separate sleeping areas (5 bedrooms), 3 bathrooms and connecting common areas. Special mention for the very pleasant terrace from which you can hear the waves! We will come back without hesitation!

Delightful little house very close to a beautiful stretch of beach with hardly a soul in sight. Quaint and rustic, ideal if you want total peace and quiet.

Very good stay on Ile de Ré. The accommodation is perfect for a family of 4. Everything is accessible by bike and/or on foot (visit and shops). Quiet environment, at least in April. Maybe more lively in summer… Small plus that would make the accommodation perfect: 2/3 additional utensils for the kitchen and a few extra degrees for the spa 😅 (34°C in April, we don't stay in it long).

We had a great time at this lovely house. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated, has a lovely garden, and is very quiet and private. The welcome was very nice and an added bonus was generously allowing our children to play with some beach toys stored at the house. The house is five minutes from an excellent bakery, pizza place and bar / cafe and ten minutes walk from a lovely beach.

Pretty rental in La Flotte, quiet, charming decoration, pleasant patio-garden. Downtown La Flotte is within walking distance, with its excellent market and lively harbor.

Excellent stay in a large house very functional and very well equipped perfectly adapted for 3 couples. We felt very comfortable there. We plan to go back next year depending on availability.

This is a great place to stay in La Rochelle! The place is lovely, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Perfect for a couple. The location, in the historical part of La Rochelle, is close to everything : restaurants, grocery stores, shops and waterfront. Christèle was a very attentive and responsive host I highly recommend!

We had a great weekend at Nathalie's house. The location is ideal for enjoying the harbor and its cafes and restaurants. We'll be happy to go back!

Amazing house for a family get-together, there are all the desired amenities. It was a joy! Fully equipped for children. Bed linen kit quite expensive to rent because not provided (€28 per person), but we brought our own linen so no problem for us :) It was a great stay thanks to this dream home!

Very pleasant family stay with good weather, everyone enjoyed the child-safe pool, very clean rental with three bathrooms with shower, so no time wasted waiting for everyone. Marie-Noelle is a very warm and welcoming person. I recommend the rental, as it is very quiet and close to shops.

We loved the house... incredible location close to the sea and the centre of La Flotte, but away from the noise and bustle. The house sits in the middle of its own walled garden, safe for pets and very, very private. Lots of space to park 2/3 cars as well though the little road to the house is quite narrow. Our mini fitted fine! Audrey and Catherine were super responsive too. Thank you La Flotte for a wonderful holiday!

Beautiful place located a short walk from the beach of Plaisance! A great sandy beach to enjoy pleasant moments! We found in Romain's house and his companion everything we expected: the calm of a large garden under the pine trees, a house in which we knew right away that our stay would be great, the characteristic smells of the seaside...!!! Finally, Romain is very responsive, attentive, and will be good advice to tell you where to treat! Really a great week, we will come back without a problem!!! Beautiful, large, well laid out and tastefully decorated house. Terrace with a very pleasant reclosable pool. Close to the center of Ars. We had a great week there with 9 people.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house - which is so quiet and private on the beautiful beach but close to lots of great areas on île de re! It is a great location to explore from and to rest at after a busy day!

Superb stay in a quiet and peaceful environment, beautiful house, spacious, renovated and carefully decorated. 6 very large rooms with very comfortable bedding. Perfectly suited to a large family like ours, there were 14 of us. Ideal outdoor area with pool at 26°C and Chalet in the very well appointed garden with fire pit where we spent most of our meals.
