Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). LaClé des Champs is a very nice house with all the comforts, completely renovated in April 2021. Everything is new, for 4 people in a very quiet hamlet, direct view of the Châteliers Abbey, the sea is less than 100 m away, small sea view from the house. You will have 2 bedrooms to rest in, 1 with a 160 bed and the 2nd with 2 80 beds that can be brought together to make a 160. Large shower room with Velux, toilet, fully equipped kitchen. Terrace with green space and private petanque court.
