Numerous water and land activities in the area. Less than 1 hour's drive from La Rochelle, Île de Ré, Les Sables d'Olonne and Marais Poitevin. The cottage is located in an old farmhouse, in a village with all the essential shops (grocery store, bakery, butcher/delicatessen, 2 restaurants).
