50 m² single-storey studio located 400 m from the beach and 350 m from shops, perfect for a relaxing stay. Thanks to its ideal location, you can walk to all amenities (markets, bakery, press, etc.). Rated 3* for two people, the studio can accommodate 4 people. It has a furnished terrace on the south side overlooking an enclosed garden. Possibility to enter one or two cars. A bike shelter is accessible.

Villas Véronique, a piece of paradise on Ile de Ré. A unique place for a new approach to luxury. Beautiful villa with private heated pool with sea 50 m away. The living room is open to the outside. Very nice T1 of 31m2, fully renovated in June 2021, on the ground floor of a quiet residence, 300m from the centre and 300m from the beach. All comforts with large-screen TV, Canal+, fully-equipped kitchen, 160cm sofa bed with 18cm mattress, private south-facing courtyard of 15m2 with dining area, sun loungers, plants, etc. Bikes (not new but serviced) provided.

Single-storey, 3-star holiday home (34m2), tastefully decorated, bright and not overlooked. It enjoys a privileged location, close to the marina within the fortifications, a stone's throw from shops, restaurants, bistros, etc. Parking space available. (Linen not provided.
