Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

About 22 m2, it is totally independent, recently and completely renovated. Around 2 outdoor spaces (awning and south-facing courtyard) you will have a bathroom area and a kitchen - living room - bedroom set. The storage bed (160 x 200) is made upon arrival and towels are provided!

The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.
