We have been using Airbnb for a long time but this is amongst the best places we have stayed. The location is brilliant with a private beach..,,come on! Aurelie was brilliant with great advice on local sights and restaurants Would recommend Les Viviers exceptional food. We cannot wait to come back cannot recommend highly enough. Property was quiet while we were there beautifully presented comfortable bed and super shower

It´s a lovely appartment in a great location. The photos don't really do the views justice, you can see the sea from the living room and bedroom, and the towers of the amazing church can be seen towards the other side. We also thought the bathroom was better than it looked in the photos. Communication about arrival and departure was clear. You can't drive to the appartment, but you can park a few minutes walk away. One thing to maybe consider, is that you have to go up two flights of rather narrow stairs to reach the appartment. For our stay, it was perfect!

I spent a week in this listing. Very nice and quiet place, perfect for resting. The studio is very functional, located in the pretty town of Sainte Marie. The hosts were very friendly and everything went smoothly. Great stay! Hope to visit again...

Recently renovated, very pleasant, very clean accommodation. The kitchen is very well equipped. Some windows overlook one of the pedestrian streets of St-Martin which makes the apartment lively and very well positioned, 2 steps from the port and its famous glacier. Virginie is a very friendly and considerate host.

Stay my wife is very pleasant in Saint Martin en Ré, in Jean-Francois's apartment. The accommodation is very well located, it is very clean and pleasant. Very well decorated! Close to bike paths, to the center of Saint Martin, in short, very good!

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is perfectly clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you might need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There is parking in the vicinity, but it is often subject to a fee. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. THANK YOU Brigitte..!! 😉😉

It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful part of La Rochelle, a few minutes walk to the Port, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely views from the terrace including the use of the jacuzzi which was an added bonus. For young toddlers and people with mobility issues the stairs would be challenging. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Very nice hosting by Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is lovely. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for any questions. I recommend it.
