The beautiful and cozily furnished apartment is located right at the beginning of the village. It has a well-equipped kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms and a cozy living room. The apartment on the second floor invites you to relax or enjoy some athletic recreation. There are four ski resorts nearby: - Brigels and Obersaxen (10 min each) - Disentis/Sedrun (20 min) - Flims/Laax (25 minutes) The Grisons Oberland offers numerous outdoor activities as well as the thermal baths in Vals for wellness lovers.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Vacation home in the countryside

The unique, south-facing 4.5-room cottage is located on an Alp, 820 m above sea level, not far from the villages of Sagogn, Flims and Laax. Due to its unique and secluded location, you can enjoy absolute peace, relaxation and pure nature here. In the early hours of the morning you can watch germs, deer and other wildlife from the property. Directly below the house (about 200 m), the Rhine flows through the imposing Rhine gorge. The golf course is also not far.

Small but nice, near the Braunwald cable car

Welcome to our small but cozy apartment in the car-free Braunwald! The light-flooded 1-bedroom apartment is ideal for 1-2 adults or a family with 1 child and offers winter and summer outdoor activities right outside the front door. This beautiful apartment is just a 5-7 minute walk from the mountain railway. In addition, the "Bsinti" reading café and a grocery store are nearby, so you have everything you need right at hand.

The Mountains are Calling Retreat

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.
