The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Relax in this unique rifugio. In 2020, a totally renovated 2 1/2 room apartment, whose interior design was completely redesigned. Expanded as a loft with noblest materials (Valser granite, castle parquet, lots of old wood, freestanding tub, iron fireplace open on two sides, design fixtures). With a protected patio and garden. Looking for a quiet vacation home close to great ski resorts and a unique natural panorama? The vacation home is only 10 minutes by car from Flims/Laax or 20 minutes from Obersaxen Mundaun. The region offers many other great activities in close proximity. The cozy atmosphere is guaranteed not to fall short, thanks to the fireplace, natural panorama and the rushing stream right behind the house. Dogs are welcome.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
