"Casa del campo" in Semione - 250 sqm with sauna

Historic house from 1669, renovated in 1977 and renovated again in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semione, in direct contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural nucleus surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 meters from the river. It is divided into two apartments with separate entrances: one of about 200 square meters and another of about 40 square meters with a sauna. The two apartments are connected by an internal staircase that allows you to have the entire house.

Relax with the whole family and four-legged friends in this peaceful place to stay. Casa Angelica is located on the ground floor with an independent entrance and a private fenced garden. It has a bedroom with a double bed, TV, a bedroom with a French sofa bed and fireplace, and TV. A private bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen with essential services for cooking and eating meals. Outdoors there are sun loungers, a dining area, and a barbecue area.

Stylish farmhouse with mountain views

Peace, privacy and a breathtaking mountain backdrop await you at this feel-good place. Construction, age, and history make its special charisma. The whole house is well maintained but old. The age makes up for the charm, but also brings a scratch here, a dust, some leafy paint and recurring cobwebs with them. The house was massively renovated in spring 2021 and equipped with a solar system. The house is ideal for family reunions or with friends.

Haus Sunnehalde Flumserberg- Tannenheim

The idyllic house is very quietly located in the ski and hiking area of Flumserberg. The kitchen as well as the living and sleeping areas are very well equipped and bed linens (but no terry or bath towels) are provided. Since it is an older house, the room heights throughout the house are relatively low. In summer, the spacious garden with terrace and fireplace can be used. Good starting point for hikes and ski days

Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.
