I currently live in another city and rent it out in full. The apartment is independent (bordering other apartments of my family) and is in the countryside, surrounded by the green hills of the Marche, overlooking Mount Conero. It is highly recommended to have a car for getting around.

A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.
