Con questa nuova struttura, completamente ristrutturata nel 2022, vogliamo fornire ai nostri clienti un vero e proprio appartamento indipendente anche per coloro che intendono soggiornare per periodi superiori a 30 giorni. Potete trovarci già su questo sito con altri due miniappartamenti denominati come Camera Mezzogiorno e Montirozzo.

The apartment is located in the center of Sirolo, on the partially basement floor of a new building from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Blue Flag sea on the Riviera del Conero. The building was born from an old structure totally demolished and reconstructed according to the latest and strict anti-seismic regulations. It consists of large living room and kitchen with sofa bed, double bedroom, small bedroom with two bunk beds, bathroom, small outdoor court. Inner surface: 56 m2

The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.

It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.
