Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Claudia’s home was absolutely wonderful and so was she! We stayed for 4 days— too short a time—and ended up spending much of our time at the house. Claudia had excellent recommendations for local food and activities (including homemade pasta at the local market, which we loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen) and was always available to answer questions. The location is well situated— less than an hour from a variety of sights, from the frassasi caves to beaches and hillside towns scattered around Umbria and Marche. Wineries, olive groves, biking, hiking, etc. Plenty of activities to keep you busy, but our favorite thing was to enjoy the home, listen to the birds, and watch the sunset from the pool or hot tub. We also loved being here in early/mid May, when temps can be a bit cool but tourist crowds are still small. Highly recommend.

The property and the residential building are in a very quiet and relaxed location - perfect for switching off. Everything worked smoothly, from booking to departure. The contact with Paolo was straightforward, friendly and always helpful. Everything is easily accessible by car - shopping, restaurants and attractions are quick to reach. Clear recommendation!

An absolutely fantastic stay – it couldn't have been better! We are absolutely thrilled with this accommodation! Upon arrival, we were greeted with so much cordiality that we felt at home from the first moment. The host is incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful – you can immediately tell that he really cares about the well-being of his guests. The accommodation itself was a real feel-good place: lovingly furnished, sparkling clean and equipped with everything you could wish for. We all felt completely comfortable and would have preferred not to leave at all. Thank you so much for this wonderful time – we will definitely be back!

We stayed in 13 at Angelo's house, for the weekend of June 2. The house is very beautiful, in a quiet area, it is very spacious both inside and outside, with a patio and a garden that offer a beautiful view. The pool, being above ground, is not very large but absolutely functional for cooling off while enjoying the garden, and it was very much used by the 5 girls of the group who had a great time! Angelo was always available and kind to us, a great host!

The place was beautifully decorated and offered every comfort. The location was ideal to explore the surroundings and at the same time enjoy the tranquility. The cleanliness was impeccable and left nothing to be desired. The host was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back.

Firstly: yes the view really is that fantastic. It’s a gorgeous spot overlooking Assisi that is absorbing both night and day. We very much enjoyed staying at Daniele’s place. The bed is comfortable, the shower warm, and the facilities are great for a stay of a few nights. Crucially, you’re just a few metres from an excellent gelato shop. St Chiara’s Cathedral is close by, and all the sites are within walking distance. Thanks Daniele!

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend staying here! ♥️♥️

The description is exactly at the house. Lots of privacy. Fantastic view. Very clean and very friendly host. Warmly welcomed upon arrival and a clear explanation. There are two real booklets made with tips to do in the area. Furthermore, the private chef is highly recommended. Super good food and learned a lot about Italian cuisine. Patience with cooking is the magic word. Simple, but oh so tasty. Luca is a really friendly chef. The house is cozily furnished with all amenities. We were able to enjoy the garden and pool (partly because of the very nice weather). Despite the time of the year and water temperature 18 degrees, we regularly sat around the pool and were able to have a drink and swim. We can't wait to go again. What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delightful, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope down to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

We rented an apartment for 5 people in this house. The house and the surroundings are beautiful, it was very clean inside and everything smelled like lavender (you could tell the host wanted to make us feel very welcome :) ). Beautiful and well-maintained interior – everything looked just like in the photos.

Marzia's house is a real treat for those who want to spend a few days in peace and quiet. I really recommend visiting us, it is lost in the middle of nowhere, but still easily accessible with specific directions from the address provided directly by Marzia. I recommend the hammock under the stars and a good coffee overlooking the hill in the early morning. We will be back very soon because such an experience is certainly worth repeating!

Giorgio & Monica were the BEST! Monica met us upon arrival and gave much needed, clear instructions on her Air B n B. This included the homes amenities as well as the pool are. We were impressed with the spotless cleanliness of the home and grounds. We slept great and it was a perfect stay. Highly recommend this 5 Star location!

Paola and the family were so friendly. We had the most amazing stay for two nights and wished we had stayed longer. The premesis is stunning and their wine is beautiful. We will be back!
