Super house and super host, especially for position if you want to visit the south of Iceland 😊

A lot of space, Jessi is very friendly. And I just love it when there is not only a coffee machine and a Senseo, but there are filters and coffee and Senseo pads too!

We had a great stay in this quaint little village. The best part besides the wonderful bed was an outstanding amazing dinner at the Red House.

It was clean and neat. We had a great time enjoying watching aurora. Nice location, but it would’ve been much better if the snow on the way to our cottage had been cleaned up. It was kinda difficult to carry heavy suit cases and luggage piercing through the snow. Parking was unavailable right jn front of the cottage entrance (Kaldi2). Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

perfect easy to get to location outside of Reykjavik! the apartment itself is upstairs and with all the windows there's a lovely view of the street and some of the shoreline. wish we could've stayed longer!

This spacious apartment has a great shower. While it’s a bit old and outdated, especially on the outside, the interior is in above-average condition. The comfortable beds and fully-equipped kitchen made our stay enjoyable. Overall, it was still a good experience.

Driving up and down the foggy mountain hills was tricky and scary.

Stefan was a kind, communicative host for our faculty travelling for 8 weeks to Iceland for student advising. I asked them to tell me a bit about their experience and they had overwhelmingly positive reviews for all aspects of the housing: "Stefan certainly deserves the 5 stars. Everything in the apartment is high quality and functional (and in good taste). For me the best thing was the balcony with view to the sea and the mountains. I also admired Stefan's dedication to recycling, he provided careful instructions which I followed to the dot (and made students aware of Reykjavik's new and developing recycling programs that help keeping apartment and city clean)." Everything was perfect. Great spot to launch from. Up and coming area and only thing missing were restaurants or grocery stores that were walkable. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely and stylish apartment in a very calm neighborhood but close to the downtown area of Reykjavik. The place was very clean and spacious for a family of three and Asta provided all necessary amenities. Friendly and always responsive host with lots of local tips and recommendations. It was great to have a private parking space at the apartment. Very recommendable.
