Very comfy home in peaceful surroundings. Well maintained garden and absolute winner- sauna with a view. Very comfy beds! Very well presented and clutter free. Nice trinkets to make you feel like in designer’s house. Kitchen equipped with everything one may ever need. All high quality. All necessities provided.. not like rental at all more like home. Gem!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Milan's place. He and his wife really did a great job on the accommodation, it was roomy, clean and felt like coming home. The garden is also very nice, and has a spot for the guests to sit. Milan was very friendly, responsive and helpful, with good local tips. Overall highly recommended place to stay.

A great starting point for both mountain hikes in the Giant Mountains and trips to Hradecci and Pardubice countries, as well as in the vicinity of the Czech Paradise. Quiet, fully equipped apartment with garden area, where you can have a nice coffee. A place much nicer than the photos, and it's rare:)

Highly recommended! Wonderful place ! Home away from home . We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the small town after busy and touristy Prague . It’s a short distance from old town , situated in the living quarters ,nice and quiet. The bonus is a large private backyard where our little dog could chase the ball and just enjoy the nature smells after the city stay . Everything in this place has a personal touch , we could tell it was done with a lot of care , not just to let , but to make you comfortable . Better than the pictures , really . It’s very clean , nice bedding , good towels , all kitchen necessities. Even ice in the fridge , which was very good to have on a hot day . The communication with the host was superb . We would love to stay an extra night but it was booked :( The town itself is a hidden gem , historical, clean , friendly , nice restaurants . Off of the beaten path .

There are absolutely no complaints. It was wonderful stay with no noise from traffic. Great place to stay and relax.

What an amazingly beautiful home. Modern, comfortable with everything you need. We stayed as a family and we felt right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The small lake outside was very peaceful. Our host was an excellent communicator and was always available to answer our questions. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great accommodation, everything within driving distance, in case of any need for a bigger city it is about 10 minutes drive. Everything was perfect, we will be happy to come back.

I was in the apartment again and again everything was absolutely great! We were here with my son (10 months) and Mrs. Linda provided us with really everything we could need for him - a crib, a high chair, a foam puzzle for the floor, books for children... The accommodation has a great location, there is a great restaurant right next to it and there are plenty of other businesses nearby, the kitchen is well-equipped, it is beautifully clean, and Linda was very accommodating about arrival and departure. We like to visit Kutná Hora and we will definitely stay here again if possible:)

Natalia and her family were very friendly and accommodating and we appreciated the cake. Our part of the house was private and quiet and was about a 15 minute walk from the town.

I want to note that the accommodation is actually larger and more comfortable than in the photos. This is a full three-room apartment. Very Pure! Very nice and accommodating host. There is a parking space on site.

Overall it was a great stay, perfect accommodation in a quiet part of the village. Host Petr is very helpful, kind, communicative and flexible. He accommodated us in everything.

Everything was as described. The first impression scared us. We were looking for the door to the apartment for a while. The house is older and the staircase mentioned corresponds to the description. Neighborhood houses are not the prettiest and scattered wood. The apartment itself is beautiful and we would definitely come back. Parking just around the corner is absolutely free. Otherwise, the village, playground, park, castle, bakery and shop are perfect and nearby. Recommended!

Host Robert is completely seamless, high level of contact, quick responses to responses, and willingness to get along. The apartment that Robert offered was 6 people, we were with 9 people (including two small children and we easily accommodated), and there was no problem for us all to be in one apartment - for a nominal fee. The apartment is clean, stoves are available, hot water in the bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. I 100% recommend it.

Perfect place to stay in Pardubice

Beautifully furnished apartment close to the train station. Perfect for a weekend with kids.

When we arrived, David greeted us and showed us how to get in and gave us instructions. The flat smelled good and there are multiple ventilation systems/fans throughout, making it quite comfortable. Everything was pristine and quite spacious for 2 of us. We stayed for 2 weeks because we were visiting family in town and during that time we enjoyed privacy and quiet, with very few sounds from the flats around us. Even though it was too cold to use it, we enjoyed entering through the large semi-private patio, where there is a large covered seating area that was quite nice. The kitchen had all the basics, the washing machine/dryer worked well and there was a drying rack we made use of as well. The beds were quite firm. There were blackout curtains in the bedroom, as well as another tv and a small seating area, with a cabinet where we could store our clothing. It worked quite well for an extended stay. There is a Billa and a nice cafe just one block down the road. We felt safe.

Misha was a wonderful host! She came out and introduced herself and gave me local recommendations about getting around the city. You can hear everything from the Airbnb but it was never a distraction or disturbance. Bed was super comfy and the free drinks in the fridge was a very thoughtful touch.

Very nice and quiet apartment. Great location, everything is within walking distance. Communication was great and check-in was flexible.

Everything is perfect as always, the apartment is cozy, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much and thank you for everything :)
