Kitchen, which offers everything you need for cooking and a living room with a large TV, armchairs and a sofa (cannot be unfolded), but you can sleep on it, plus you can use a folding mattress. The house has a newly remodeled attic with six beds although after agreement wih the owner extra matraces may be added on the floor.
