Conveniently located 2 walking blocks from the waters edge and close to snowmobile and ORV trails, this cottage has everything needed for a great up-north getaway. Located a 1/4 mile from the snowmobile trails you can ride from the front door to the trails, or from the trailhead nearby (see photos for proximity). Road end lake access, as well as 1.2 miles from the only public boat launch and state park on the lake.

A covered patio features comfortable seating with colorful cushions, and a barbecue grill is situated nearby. A picnic table rests on a lawn area with well-kept grass, leading to a large, multi-windowed structure that enhances the outdoor space.

Quiet vacation home on Wixom Lake. While the lake is gone at the moment, it’s still a nice get away location. Large side yard for parking or tents. A fire pit in the yard for a relaxing evening. Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.
