Proudly supporting local farmers, growers and producers, Spring Manor also grows much of its own produce during the summer months. “Room was better than pictures depict. Food was amazing absolutely no complaints. Our room had an ensuite bathroom which was our preference and at night it was extremely quiet easy to sleep. Overall cleanliness of the room was great and she provided extra towels and blankets which we didn't use but we had if we needed. The room got a bit hot at night but there was a ceiling fan which helped. The breakfast was outstanding and definitely not something you could buy at any of the local restaurants. She even provided a menu which we could choose from and there were many options. I especially liked that she incorporated as many local ingredients as she could.”

Linda’s property had great amenities, comfortable bed & couch, lot’s of information & suggestions on the area, and a perfectly equipped kitchenette with snacks & spreads. We greatly enjoyed our stay at this spot & would happily stay again as we are keen to explore more of the Niagara region. Thank you to Linda for hosting!”

“Apartment in Allentown area of Buffalo was perfect in so many ways: Thomas our host was always helpful from check in to sharing events, sites & details of the vast variety of neighborhood restaurants. Nicely furnished quiet nest, basket of fruit and muffins, and relaxing porch to enjoy the floral gardens on shade lined historic street. Amenities to this area were the walkable area cafes, galleries, unique hip shops and evening entertainment. Buffalo waterfront, historic sites and architectural gems and perfect summer weather will certainly bring us back to Western New York & staying again at Thomas’s Allentown retreat. Otto, our miniature wire hair Dachshund had plenty of intriguing walks, enjoying the shade trees and parks that abound in beautiful Buffalo!Thank you Thomas for all your kindness and friendship.”
